Disadvantages: Quite big and bulky, Menu quite stiff when using, No way of searching for tracks, found many of the features unneccesary

...I decided to opt for a H10 after a dismall experience with my Creative Zen Micro. I was very impressed by the design and the colour screen that is probably the only good thing I can think of about this product. I was constantly irritated by the way in which you were unable to search tracks which meant that you had to go thorugh the contents of the player track by track in order to find the track you were looking for so if you were listening to a track starting with a and the you wanted to jump to a track starting with j then instead of being able to jump straight to the tracks starting with j you would have to go thorugh all the tracks a through j individually The software was awful to every time I loaded it on my PC it had a tendancy to make my machine crash and if it did load i would have to wait ages for it to see all...

The Iriver H10 Mp3 player! Iriver VS Ipod

Advantages: Versatile MP3 player sports a friendly interface that should help make it a stiff competitor to Apple's IPod Mini.
Disadvantages: Touch responsive system not very slick!

Disadvantages: No proper case comes with the MP3 player

...For anyone seeking an alternative to the popular iPod, the iRiver really does shine above the rest. With a modern design in a variety of colours, you won't be limited to the "sterile" white looking iPod, and can always puchase additional skins to use your iRiver as a fasionable accessory! The sound quality is perfect, with excellent quality headphones included, there is no need to purchase additional sets as with many other brands. My second visit to a Group H10

Advantages: Good Location, only two years old
Disadvantages: Not many English in hotel

...Well I am sure many of you have read my previous op on the H10 Med Village I stayed in in Salou. This was my second experience of staying in another Group H10 Hotel. We visited La Nina in Costa Adeje just two weeks ago so everything about this hotel is fresh in mind. On arrival to the hotel I thought it was a bit odd. Stuck in the middle of the main street with shops practically attached to the hotel and underneath it on a lower floor. Going into the reception area you just couldn't help but be amazed though. This looked like a classy hotel. Marble everywhere, a large reception desk on the right hand side, a large seating area and a massive winding stair case going down to the lower floor. Going in to the reception/entrance to the hotel you are going straight in on floor four. There are a total of 10 floors in this hotel...

Advantages: Really slim, light, has colour screen and looks pretty.
Disadvantages: Buttons are a little fiddly when using through the silicone case.

...files other than iTunes MP3s on your iPod, it no longer plays music! I also wanted a colour screen, not for any real reason, other than I fancied it. I suppose I'm a little technology vain. I also wanted it to have a separate battery and have batteries readily available for purchase (the iPod has to be sent back to the manufacturer for the battery to be changed). The one and only MP3 player that instantly jumped out at me was this rather sexy number called the iRiver H10. OK, so it's not the smallest, but it's one of the lightest (at 96g) and smartest looking gadgets on the market. It not only plays music in the form of MP3s and radio, but also boasts a generous screen which you can read e-books on (something I have not tried yet), and browse photos in their full colour glory! I River H10

Advantages: Good Sound Quality, Easy to use menu, Durable
Disadvantages: Poor Quality storage of pictures

You are provided with a protective case an i have dropped it a few times without the cases and it still works fine without any damage to the bodywork. The software used to transfer music from your computer to the Iriver is quite easy to use and has an automatic transfer and optional manual transfer - although over the past few weeks I have had trouble with the auto function in that it has started transfering my whole library instead of just the songs that arent on my MP3 - the MP3 can store around 1250 (5gb) which is a decent amount of songs. IRiver Drowns IPod - the MP3 wars

Advantages: Small, Light, Battery Life, Capacity, Stores pictures, text, music, data

...My very first MP3 player and what a choice on the market at present ...... winner iRiver H10. I managed to pick one up for £100 (see my Unbeatable review) but the going price is £165 at present. Expect this to fall as they are shortly to being out a 1Gb and 20Gb version. The Criteria ---------------- (i) I wanted a decent storage capacity so do not have to continually reload different music (ii) Must be small and light so that I will carry it around (iii) Price must be reasonable - technology rises, prices fall so fast (iv) Features - a good range of options with no stupid copy protection that stops me copying my (legitimate) CDs onto the player..... The Reliable and Trustworthy IRiver

Advantages: Relaible, Cheap, Quick, Easy to Use, Easy Connection and Useful Features
Disadvantages: Lack of Games Features

...i bought my 6 GB Iriver H10 two years ago for £80 and it is worth every penny. I didn't want to buy an Ipod as i had heard they involved a lot of software and connecting, adn so i opted for the IRiver as it uses Media Player and connects with one cable. The transmission speeds are very good anda full album can be sent over in 2 minutes. i have dropped it several times and the battery has never become loose, imy screen is undamaged and unscratched amd the speed of the IRiver is the same as when i bought it. The reformatting of the IRiver is quick and very easy and the other features of the IRiver are very useful. I use the text for reading short stories and i use the radio to listen to my favourite frequencies. Although the IRIver lacks the games and quiz feature i still believe it is great value for money....

Stay in Style with H10

...I just HAD to write here on Ciao about this fantastic place I stayed at in the beginning of May this year. Have you ever heard of the Group H10 hotels? I had never heard of them myself. I certainly didn't think it was one of those common hotel chains like 'Sol'. We booked our holiday in a bit of a rush through an ad in the Sun Newspaper. It was all done over the phone and were given a good description of the choices of hotels which we could have stayed. Luckily I picked the med village. Only after this I looked into the place further (even though you should do that before you book shouldn't you?! like I say we were in a hurry before the offer sold out) I got the airtours broucher and the hotel itself looked very nice from the pictures but then they always look nice in the photos don't they? I searched the internet...
