...in this ice cream though but I don't think this makes it any less enjoyable. However always with pleasure comes pain and this is not a healthy dessert with only 100g containg 290 calories and 17g of fat! Bearing in mind the whole pot is 500g and I can easily eat half this is worth remembering! However it is "healthier" than some of its brothers and sisters! Mouthwash for sensitive teeth & gums that is minty fresh.

...I am suffering from sensitive teeth and gums at the moment so I have been looking out for products which may help me deal with this whilst combating the problems that are causing it. This bottle is a 500ml bottle of pink mouthwash which is provided in a clear bottle with a white screw top lid which doubles up as a measuring device for your mouthwash. Simply fill the cap to the line (20ml) and then rinse this around your mouth for about 25-30 seconds and then gargle and spit the mouthwash back out. It has quite a gentle mint flavouring and is nothing too overpowering. I do find with some mouthwashes that they make my eyes water and I feel the need to swallow so I never end up doing the full amount of time required for it to be most effective. It is a 500g tub and is a plastic tub with a plastic lid and a handy tab to make opening it very simple. Once opened there is a gold paper type foil covered the top of the butter to keep it freeze and so that you know it hasn't been tampered with, I like this feature and normally try to keep the paper on top of the spread even after it's been used. I use my spread mainly for my morning breakfast and I promptly spread this on to a plain bagel and it melted very nicely. The spread tastes delicious, as good as butter, it's very creamy and just mmmmmmm! I usually only drink coca cola when I've had to wake up early to give me an energy boost, I use coca cola in replace of other energy drinks if I don't have any in because like the energy drinks I would usually have when I'm exhausted it's full of sugar too. Coca cola isn't a drink I would in particularly recommend drinking every day, it can be quite addictive however but the amount of sugar used in this product can be damaging to your teeth and your blood sugar levels! Nutrition a standard bottle would be 500ml. A 250ml serving would contain: 105 calories 26.5g of sugar- that's a whopping 29 per cent of your daily guideline, you might not think that's a lot but remember the standard bottle is 500ml so if you have a few bottles of this you could easily be well over the sugar guidelines! 0g fat 0g saturates 0g salt...

..., and I can feel it inmy mouth for hours after taking it. Well, on that score alone I give it 10 out of 10 - because to me it does all that, plus more that is yet to be found out about! Another plus for me is that as I have sensitive teeth and a lot of the various mouth washes that have been recommended to me have hurt my teeth just as much as cold items do, this one does in fact not do that. It leaves me feeling that my teeth have been cared for, and on top of that it does not stain just like the major ones tend to do. On the ingredients list, the seocnd ingredient that is in this is alcohol. However, I cannot taste this myself - other people may disagree with me, but after we are all different.
