It's Sophisticated, It's Stylish - It's ISIS

...I recently purchased some jeans through Marks and Spencer Online, and whilst browsing the site, came across M & S's own brand of shower gel, ISIS for Men. I wasn't particularly looking to buy this product but it looked like a good quality brand and I like trying new ranges of shower gel. The 200ml tube was quite expensive at £3.50, but in my experience, you only get what you pay for! A few days after placing my order, I received my jeans and shower gel through the post. I was particularly keen to start using the gel as soon as possible and was very impressed by the stylish, sophisticated appearance of the packaging. The gel comes in a dark grey stand-up tube, with the ISIS logo down the right-hand side and a description 'Shower Gel with Hair Conditioner' in smaller vertical silver writing. Valle dei templi

Advantages: beautiful experience, beautiful temples
Disadvantages: the temples are surrounded by hugly houses wich ruin the beauty of the landscape

...Valle dei templi is a must if you go and visit Sicily, it is fanstastic experience and seems you are back in the past in the Greek times. The best time to go is Spring. I would avoid the summer because it could be too hot . you pay a small fee to enter into the temple and the visit can last about 2 hours. To bad you can\"t go inside the temple of Giunone but it worth to go there anyway. during the night the temples are illuminated and it looks like a great show. You could visit the valley but not necesserely spend the night into the city of Agrigento because the seeside and the small seavillages around are much better then the citycenter....

I love my ISIS pump!

Advantages: Comfortable, easy to use, unobtrusive
Disadvantages: You can really only use Avent bottles with it.

...I did a lot of research before choosing the Avent ISIS manual breast pump, and I am really glad I did! I love my ISIS pump. It was very easy to learn how to use; just pull the trigger, couldn't be simpler. The trigger is also much easier to pull than other pumps I experimented with. My hands got sore when trying out other pumps. I like that you only have to actively pump to get things started; after that, you only have to squeeze the trigger once in awhile to keep the suction working. I've also found it to be quite comfortable; it comes with a let-down massage cushion that helps make the experience more natural -it's great for sore nipples. It also uses a combination of massage and gentle vacuum to express the milk instead of just straight-up suction like a lot of other manual pumps, so it's much gentler. I've never had any...

...Panopticon is the third album from Boston based post rock outfit Isis, released on October 14th from Ipecac records. The album art, a series of expanded satelite imagery is used to give an idea of the Panopticon, an omniscient entity of containment, derived from philosopher Jeremy Bentham's concept and design of the same name. ...Oceanic is a progressive post-metal album from Boston post-rock outfit Isis. It is available on Ipecac Records (Mike Patton of Faith No More's label) and is their second full length album, the first being 'Celestial.' The album follows one main theme, a despondent man, who finds his soulmate and begins to feel a sense of completion at having gained a true and intense emotional connection with a female counterpart. By the fifth and sixth tracks however, it becomes apparent that she has been engaging in a long and passionate incestuous relationship with her brother. The man is then left with only one way to deal with his tortured emotional state. ...Isis are a Boston-based post-rock/post-metal outfit fronted by singer, musician and visual artist Aaron Turner. They have appeared on such underground labels as Hydra Head, Neurot and Ipecac. They are generally noted to be highly original, defying and defining genres since their forming in 1997. Their progressive avant-garde metal stylings have been compared to that Godflesh and Neurosis and have since influenced and been associated with bands like Agoraphobic Nosebleed, Old Man Gloom, Cult of Luna, Red Sparowes and Twilight. Oceanic... powerful as the sea

Advantages: Original, powerful, ground-breaking album
Disadvantages: Not "immediate" if you need your music to be catchy

..."Oceanic" is about as appropriate a name as one could possibly think of for this album by avant-garde post-metal band Isis, from 2002. Think of the breadth and power of the ocean, the depth and mystery of the water, and Isis have- perhaps unwittingly, perhaps not- given this album a name that sums up their sound pretty much perfectly. What makes this piece of work particularly interesting is that it captures the band at a time which forms a bridge between their earlier, more "hardcore" phase, and their later, even more polished and avant-garde direction. They had by this point evolved from being a heavier-than-anything (and quite shouty) metalcore band, into an outfit that were no longer afraid to evolve and show progressive, experimental touches to their music.
