So we decided to buy it because it stood out in its modern looking steel container. You are accosted by row upon row of toothpastes when you venture into the shop to buy. You have the stores own brand. I would say "Avoid!" But that's unfair really, because I am sure that not all 'stores own' are as useless as the one that I purchased, which after using, I really didn't feel as if it had cleaned my teeth at all. Anyway, I digress ;) There are shelves with Hollywood Smiles toothpaste, cosmetic toothpaste with sparkle, why on earth would anyone want their teeth to sparkle as the light hits them, is beyond me; fluorides, children's flavoured toothpaste, spearmint, fresh mint, tubes, pumps and so on...

It's relatively compact; lightweight; comes with an adequate lens; has programmed settings for novices - like portrait and landscape modes; but also offers manual control of apertures, shutter speeds, white balance, ISO? so that the more experienced photographers can have fun and be a little more creative. One item to note if you are upgrading from a digital compact is that you have to use the viewfinder. The screen on the back of the camera only shows exposure information, and allows you to view photographs you have already taken. It does not let you view the scene you are about to photograph. In my opinion this is a good thing because it forces you to hold the camera properly - up against your face where it can be held steadily, instead of at arms...

Epiphone G-400

Advantages: Great attack and sustain for a good metal/rock style of play.
Disadvantages: Not particularly well balanced.

...The epiphone g400 is a stunning guitar. Its looks is what attracted me to it first and formost in the shop. After having a go in the shop i was completely blown away! The sound that this thing can make is unbelievable in respect to the price tag. It is exceptional value! The alnico humbuckers pruduce a great crunchy sound for distorted rock/metal style of playing. It has plenty of attack and great sustain. It has quite a wide neck which makes it easier (for me inparticular) to finger some chords (like an A) where on other guitars my fingers would be squashed up and would make playing the chord uncomfortable. But this is not the case on the g400. The action is very good too. And if it is not to your preference then changing and tweaking this guitar to your liking is almost too easy! I have had this guitar for over a year now...

...I was asked to do a trial on the Aquafresh Iso active Foaming Gel. I was sent a can of toothpaste and a toothbrush. It was not a sample size can so I was quite impressed, at first. The first time I used it I thought hmm ok leaves my teeth and mouth feeling clean. Not overly minty like some toothpastes. Foams a little so maybe it is cleaning the bits normal toothpaste doesn't. It was not that easy to get the right amount out, kind of hit and miss, some days you had enough to clean one tooth the others the whole street could have cleaned their teeth. After a couple of days I noticed the sticky lid and the goo oozing out of the can. My first though was who in the house was making a mess with the toothpaste!. So I asked both my husband and daughter to rinse the can after using it. After a couple more days it was still covered in...

...I have owned this camera for nearly a year now. This is the first digital SLR camera I have owned and I decided to purchase it after reading many independent reviews. For people who are looking at purchasing this as a first SLR I would recommend it, I quickly adapted to the different feel of the camera and was able to take great shots within minutes of turning it on. As with most digital SLR cameras you will notice a lack of 'fancy' features. You will have to use the viewfinder instead of the display screen, wave goodbye to preset scenes, videos and special effects. However you will be rewarded by crisp, detailed and stunning images. For first time SLR users, I would recommend purchasing a decent photography book to help you understand exposure, F-stop and ISO....
