Especially if you have poor credit and the lender already knows that judging by past payment behaviour, especially when they look over the last 12 months say, they probably sit on their leather chairs with big fat cigars in their mouths thinking of new strategies to get more business, with the result probably being, " just think, these people here with the odd missed payment and maybe one arrear, they're obviously having difficulties, temporarily we can consolidate their debts, cut their initial payment then rack up the rate, that way we will have helped at first, but then we ended raking in the interest and if we are lucky the late payment charges and more interest on that, bonus if we get the house!" Sounds harsh doesn't it and I probably shouldn't focus that spiel at just Future, but...

...Back to the future is one of the greatest films of all time and is definitely gets my vote for being THE best. It was made in 1985 but remains a timeless classic. ...Back to the Future in a science fiction adventure made in 1985 directed by Robert Zemeckis (who also directed Forrest Gump) and stars Michael J. Fix and Christopher Lloyd. Marty McFly (Fox) is an ordinary 17yr old, except for one thing; he has a rather eccentric friend, Dr. Emmett "Doc" Brown (Lloyd). One night, he invites him to the local mall in the middle of the night. Marty, being curious, agrees. ...This review is on the 1985, Academy award winning, Back to the Future. Directed by Robert Zemeckis and produced by Steven Spielberg, the films star Michael J. Fox as teenager Marty McFly and Christopher Lloyd as scientist Dr. Emmett L. Brown. This was one of my all time childhood favourites, and to this day is still in my top ten of all time. It had everything one would want from an action film, action, drama, edge of the seat excitement and comedy. I think most people would agree that Back to the Future was a ground breaking Sci-fi film. Everything from the special effects to the storyline would be of much envy of the modern day films. Beautiful Future - Primal Scream

Advantages: Great variety of musical styles and moods, quality songs
Disadvantages: Won't change the world

The high points (for me) were Screamadelica (1990), which, with it's dance based slant on indie rock, was hailed as being 'of its time and timeless' and XTRMNTR (2000) which was darker, faster, harder rock with an electronic edge. The main low point for me was Give Out but Don't Give Up (1994) which just seemed to be a Rolling Stones tribute album. They have not been a consistent band in this sense. The line up has changed quite a bit over the years, but front man Bobbie Gillespie, with his distinctive, if somewhat weak, vocals, is a constant and guitarist Andrew Innes is from the very early days. Bassist Mani (ex Stone Roses) seems like a relatively recent joiner, but even he has been in the band for 12 years now (ah how the years accelerate?). Advantages: great entertaining movie at a good pace
Disadvantages: none

...movies are nothing new, (and there will still be many more made in the future), but as there are many badly made movies of this type it is a pleasure to watch one of this quality and style? A lot of time travelling movies require you to concentrate fully to keep up with what is happening, which sometimes spoils the enjoyment of a movie, but this one is easy to watch, with no real concentration needed to keep up with what is happening due to someone accidentally treading on a butterfly years before, (cause and effect). The scenes as Marty has to try to convince his parents that they are in love with each other, whilst also trying to evade Biff, the rather large and very frightening bully, really does keep the movie flowing with very comical results. Advantages: Massively melodic and hugely energetic and entertaining music.
Disadvantages: I fail to think of any.

...Having read every review on this site for Future Mortgages I immediately became disturbed at the reactions and negative feedback that so many people have had towards this particular mortgage lender. However, after digesting each review it became apparent to me that, although they are from personal opinion, and of course, we are all entitled to our opinions, I felt they were unfairly directed towards the mortgage company itself. Many of the complaints were focusing on the high rates and other criteria offered by Future Mortgages, but it seems that the fact they are a sub prime mortgage lender has been forgotten. Sub prime mortgage companies do offer rates higher and sometimes considerably higher than the high street rates as their customer base is made up of people with current or historical adverse credit history.
