...tricks, it makes for an impressive display. "Stick It" is yet another enjoyable but unoriginal addition to the teen movie genre. It presents hackneyed material in fast-paced and enthusiastic fashion and manages to make gymnastics look exciting. However, I couldn't help but wish it was a little more like Bendinger's "Bring It On" in terms of the levels of bitchiness and rivalry. It's just not quite as sharp as her previous work. Though it may not be anything new, it's the sort of film that could easily become a guilty pleasure. I wouldn't pay money to see it at the cinema, but if there's nothing else out at the video shop, you could do worse....

It's Not Called Gym-Nice-Sticks

Advantages: Lots of gym!
Disadvantages: Not a lot of (believable) story

...~~ Nasty Gym Sticks ~~ If you're a gymnastics buff, you're probably well aware of the other gym films out there. There's Perfect Body (which only ever made it onto Region 1 DVD) and the everso similar Little Girls In Pretty Boxes (which languishes on Channel 5 / the Hallmark Channel and never got its deserved DVD release). There's a dubious one called American Anthem from the mid 1980s that was out on VHS. If you're willing to expand the gym theme to tumbling and dancing, there's also Sugar and Spice, and the 4 Bring It Ons (the latest was released on Boxing Day 2007), but these are cheerleading themed rather than "proper" gym. Benefit It Stick

Advantages: Heavy Duty Concealer
Disadvantages: Needs special sharpner, Can be hard to blend at times

...Benefit It Stick is a cream coloured concealer in a chubby pencil form. The tip of this pencil is quite wide and has a cream coloured substance at the tip. This stick works wonders for hiding blemeishes, and depending on your skin tone can be worn without make-up. I've only ever used it as a concealer, as its pretty heavy duty and conceals just about anything which is perfect for me! but it can also be used to erase crows feet, creases and lines that make you look tired. I found it harder to blend in around my eyes, but that may be because i didn't want to be rubbing in it alot on the delicate skin around the eyes. But i would just put foundation over it once it is rougly rubbed in and its perfect. It comes with a lid so it great for carrying aroung with you in your handbag for those emergency touch ups through the day...

These are little square pieces of paper, that come in many different colours and sizes which include 5 x 3, 3 x 3, 2 x 1½, 6 x 4. They have adhesive at the top of each sheet of paper, so that you are able to stick it anywhere you want to, which is why these are called post it notes. These can be used in the office to attach to your desk or onto files to remind you of things that you need to remember to do. So much so that I have taken to buying them for the house and sticking them in ever place imaginable!!!!! I found the sticks lovely and crunchy with just the right amount of chocolate. The taste was subtle and not to sweet. I am not a lover of overly sweet things and these sticks really did hit the spot for me! After eating a few I wasn't left with any sickly taste in my mouth either. I am also watching my weight so was pleased to read that each stick only contains 11 calories. However I would find it almost impossible to eat just one of these as they are very moreish! They are idea to take on a picnic as they are not to sticky. Mikado biscuits are widely available and cost around £1.17 for a 75gram pack or £1.98 for 3x 39gram packs. Overall I recommend you give these try!...

...I had to write a note today and I used a Steadtler 430m. stick pen. Looking through my stationary drawer and discovered several staedtler stick pens. Steadtler 430 m stick pens are available in Blue, red, black and green ink. These pens are as you can see from the picture have a clear plastic shaft/barrel , This is 13cm long, just less than a cm in diameter. The shaft is a hexagon with 6 straight sides this is good as it mean the pen does not easily roll of the table. You can see the ink through the plastic, its not easy to distinguish the colour from a full pen though.. At one end of the pen is a coloured stopper at the other a strong metal ball point nib.
