When you open your browser a pop up screen informs you that Web Secuity has been activated.
Whilst downloading your E-Mail pop3 Scan is done in the background and if an E-Mail has a virus it will catch it.
I've tried other Anti-Virus programs like mCAfee and Norton but I have found this to be the most user friendly and efficient.
The small penicillin like capsule in the taskbar can be used to switch either of the scan sytems of or in fact switch PC-Cillin off.
Definately one of the best 30 quids I've ever spent.

Advantages: You may stop having periods Disadvantages: Weight gain and, oh read on!
...I was on Depo Provera for 3 years before there was a problem with the supply in October 2002, and I had to change my method of birth control.
I loved my Depo. My husband called it my ?Happy Jab?. I found that I didn?t get any PMT, and as I had spotting 10 weeks after each injection, the doctor allowed me to have the injection every 10 weeks (normally every 12 weeks), and I therefore had no periods whatsoever for almost 3 years.
So how does Depo work?
It works by preventing the eggs being released from the ovaries, and lasts for about 3 months. With no eggs released, there is nothing for the sperm to fertilise, and therefore no pregnancy. It also reduces the amount of build up of the uterus lining, which is why for many women, the periods stop. The injection is normally administered every 12 weeks, and this gives an allowance...

Advantages: Shock absorbant, great design, very cheap Disadvantages: NA
...Im big into boxing, and i use so many pieces of equipment, but i will have to say that the Lonsdale Curved Hook and Jab Pads are a fantastic piece of kit and a defininate recommendation from me to anybody!!
With an old school look about them, they look fantastic and well designed. With a chocolate brown leather and white stitching, they are definately unique.
Most people tend to worry about risk of injury when boxing, but from my experience these pads are designed in a way to prevent this risk, with a thick shock absorbant foam padding inside, risk of injury to the hands and wrist are greatly reduced.
As from the name the pads are designed for all types of punches, giving you a wider range of training activities in one small product, and for a great price too!
I would definately have to recommend this product to anyone willing to...
Advantages: I get to vent my spleen Disadvantages: It's a rather long and tedious process
...Yes, indeed there are 10 more annoying things than jabbing yourself in the eye, so without further ado, here is my Top 10 of things which annoy me!
10) Queues. Not being the most patient person in the world, I find queuing more than just a mere, niggling annoyance. It seems that no matter where you go, what you do or when, it seems that some-one has already gotten there first. Be it in shops; pubs; theme parks; or even a straightforward phone call, we have to exercise a certain degree of patience whilst we wait. And wait. And wait. Annoying isn?t it? Well yes, it is and it literally takes a couple of years off our lives in the process. If time is so precious why oh why do we have to waste so much of it queuing?
9) Children who do not respect their parents/guardians. Whilst I am aware that this is perhaps an unusual complaint to...
Advantages: Make me feel better, nice tatse Disadvantages: sugary
...Why? Well, because I am asthmatic, and this is my first ever flu jab. Like everyone else that has had them (that i know of) the first jab gives you the flu lol. So here I am, aching, shivering etc etc. No, its not the flu, its just a reaction, so here goes my op.
When I get a cold, I generally rest, drink lots of water, eat plain foods, but predominately live off 2 products - Vicks Sinex and Honey & Lemon Lockets.
Most people will have heard of Lockets. The Honey & Lemon variety comes in a shiny gold packet, and boasts that they "Help Clear Your Nose & Soothe Your Throat". They also contain a real honey centre and have added Vitamin C.
A pack contains 10 lozenges, and the costs vary depending where you buy them from. The most they cost me was 58p for a pack from a Motorway Service Station a few days ago, but Tesco are selling...

Review of Lockets
Advantages: Good for people with breathing problems and those who are prone to colds and flu Disadvantages: Needles, some bruising and swelling of the arm, you might experience slight flu symptoms shortly afterwards
...I thought I would take to opportunity to write about flu jabs from a personal perspective, as someone who, for the last few years has had one and as someone who is frequently asked why I do so?
Firstly, I need to give you some history. I was born with severe asthma. I guess I still am asthmatic, although I feel very strange saying this now, as I am so well these days.
My mother tells me I was very ill and I spent a lot of time in hospital. One time after a particularly bad attack I was put in an oxygen tent, which although I remember the events leading up to the attack, I have no recollection of.
Another time one of my doctors wanted to hypnotise me out of the attack! I remember many a time waking in a panic during the night because my chest felt tight, I was wheezing and I couldn’t breathe.
As I have grown...
