Jabra BT200 Bluetooth Headset

Advantages: Easy to hear and be heard, cuts out background noise, good price
Disadvantages: Personally I find it difficult to keep it on my ear

Its sound quality was superb and their noise-cancellation technology made our calls much more clearer and the caller's voice, crisp. I bought it from a '3' store in Dundee, and paid £39.99 for it, I know you can get them for less from internet sources, but I wanted one right then and there ! Advantages: shape, comfortable fit, sound quality, ease of use

...). On the down-side though (there had to be...): the battery life isn't great, but bearable. Just means you have to remember to charge it up regularly every 2-3 days is fine for mine (I'd say medium use) - this has also been tackled with the introduction of the BT250 (double the battery life I hear), but at the time it was an extra £30 on top of this. One other thing is the range (doesn't work well from too far or through walls), but it works fine at close range - I usually have the phone in my jacket pocket hung in the back of the car. I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for a bluetooth headset, it is reliable, light, compact, stylish and a very good investment....

...I have just bought a Bluetooth Jabra BT200 handsfree/wirefree unit for my Sony Ericsson T610. Never even considered a wirefree unit until now, but I have to say that I was very suprised with this purchase. Its very light weight, easy to use, and comes with THREE yes Three different size ear gels. I have had the wire headsets before (usually the ones that come free with the phone), the cables are never long enough or get caught on your clothes when you move the ear piece always falls out your ear (so annoying). I was very suprised to find that this unit not only never fallsout your ear but eliminates the back gound noise (always handy in the car), and is so easy to use. Even calls to people with normal telephones can be done cheaply and easily, especially when used in conjunction with Skype's ability to embed links in web pages within your browser allowing you to call a number on a web site just by clicking on it. Of course, such activities do require some sort of speaker and microphone arrangement on your PC and in most cases, it's far easier to make use of one of the huge range of headphone and microphone combinations out there. Jabra have a range of products in this area but here I'm looking at their GN5035 model which is well priced at around £25 or less and boasts a noise cancelling microphone, 40mm speaker units for extended bass and a remote control on its USB cable...
