...My boyfriend's favourite drink is rum and one of his favourite rums is Brugal Anejo, it's only recently been available to buy in the shops in this country but has been sold in our local wine merchants for quite a few years now. ...When I’ve been on holiday I’ve experimented with the many cheaper versions of coconut rum that are on offer which are largly copies of Malibu (maliloko, cocorum etc) which you can purchase for around 3 a 70cl bottle, but they are poor copies of the real version and often have a chemical taste.
