...I recently bought some 'Jardins du Monde' shower gel from the Yves Rocher website. I have never tried the product before but they had a 2-for-1 offer so I couldn't refuse! There are quite a few different shower gels in the 'Jardins du Monde' range. In this area you will find a large park of botanical gardens and a menagerie. An ideal place to sit a while and take refreshments from the cafe, or wander around the pathways and sit for a while for a therapeutic break from the hustle and bustle of the city. I have visited here several times, at different times of the year, and even in the height of the tourist season the area was not overcrowded. Jardin Del Sol apartments, Playa Del Ingles

In fact, this is the beginning of a new series featuring Primavera Blackstone, ex-wife of Oz Blackstone, on whom Quintin Jardine has based another series. Knowing how I felt about Bob Skinner, I was slightly dubious about how I would react to Primavera; thankfully, she is a much more likeable character, and, although developed by a male author, is one that I could associate with. I really like his work and have visited some of the sites that he is famous for in Barcelona, This year we stayed in the Spanish Pyrenees near the town of la Pobla de Lillet. We caught a narrow gauge tourist train from Pobla de lillet this took us about 10 minutes to the Jardins Artigus. Antoni Gaudi was commissioned by Joan Artigas to design this garden near his factory. This garden was constructed between 1902 and 1910. Stone masons and sculptures created the paths, arches, waterfalls, bridges, and sculptures. ...The Jardin de Luxembourg is a haven for visitors to Paris who are getting weary of the hustle and bustle of the city proper. On a trip to Paris a couple of years ago we spent the best part of a day relaxing, reading and generally watching the world go by in these magnificent gardens. First some history: The Jardin de Luxembourg surrounds the Palais de Luxembourg which currently houses France's Senate. Although the Palais is quite imposing it is the gardens that surround it that have captured me. ...I picked up this 1994 Armada paperback, at my work, where we have a kind of lending library. People bring in and take away books from the shelves for reading at lunch times or when travelling. As I was about to go to the airport and forgotten to bring a book of my own I picked this from the shelf as the best of a bad bunch.
