Understandable really as Isaac Asimov died just 2 weeks after completing the book in April 1992. It is widely accepted that Asimov regarded Hari Seldon as his alter ego and in this book Hari..... Well you'll have to read it. The book follows the decline of the Empire and the coming to fruition of Hari Seldons great plans and works. Mixed in are flash back to Haris? earlier days, which are used to fill in many missing parts of Haris? earlier life and some of the crisis moments of the Seldon plan. You are shown the clash between Hari and Cleon II, Emperor of the known Universe. But more importantly the manoeuvres between Hari and Cleons adviser, Eto Demerzel...

Advantages: Some interesting death sequences, and an attempt to at least make this one different
Disadvantages: Some ridiculous characterizations and a film that looks like an expensive porn

Advantages: Classic slasher movie - with technology and android!
Disadvantages: A few inconsistency with plot and storyline.

...the director was a Special Effect Co-ordinator before directing this film. Whether you are a fan of the Friday the 13th or not, this is a movie in its own right and it is worth watching if you want a bit of an excitment...and to see the android princess warrior! Jason upgraded!

Advantages: Fresh sotryline, fresh characters, bloody good fun!
Disadvantages: It's not scary, but that's not the point...

...Two years after 'Halloween' came 'Friday the 13th' in 1980, a quick cash in on the genre. It was a decent horror movie, scary and bloody. After that came 8 sequels which weren't up to scratch. They were made quickly, without thought and blood-thirsty resulting in movies that only hard-core fans of the series could enjoy. Then came Jason X, a movie that you can enjoy without having to see the previous 9 and without having to be a hard-core fan. After numerous failed attempts to kill him off, Jason (Kane Hodder) is set to be cryogenically frozen until Rowan (Lexa Doig) can work out what to do with him. Except that things don't quite go to plan. Scientists and military personnel are killed leaving Rowan to fend for herself. She finally suceeds in leading him into and trapping him in the cryogen chamber but unfortunately for her...

...Well the title says it all. Well, almost, you'll have to read on to understand. Of all the cult horror classics that the modern film culture had to go and destroy why did they decide to anhiliate the Friday the 13th enigma. If you haven't seen the film and dislike spoilers please don't read on because i'm so disgusted at this film i'm intent on telling everyone. Jason Vorhees,or just plain old Jason to you and me, has been captured and locked down deep inside a research facility. I'm assuming this happened during one of his many previous Friday 13th incarnations and somewhere along the line he has apparently developed the ability to regenerate lost tissue. Where, Why, How? Well this soon becomes irrelevant. Anyway, if you can avoid sheer predictabitily of when the kills are coming, which by the way total around 20 in total for a 15...

I used my two week free trial with this company and remained with them for a couple of monthsbefore moving on to try many other companies free trials (and winning a new DVD player on Tesco DVD rental site on their free trial offer). Surprising Picture Quality - Panasonic DVD-S54

Advantages: Incredible picture quality when compared to my old non-upscaling player with a scart lead
Disadvantages: Sometimes disc drive can be really noisy when DVD's initially load.

Unable to afford a Blu-Ray player my sister and I bought the Panasonic DVD-S54 to match our parents brand new Panasonic TX-32LZD80 LCD television as their Christmas 2008 present. Admittedly it was a slightly selfish purchase as we both live at home and wanted to watch DVDs on the big new TV ourselves! We bought the player from the electrical retailer Comet for about £100 just before Christmas so there were no discounts applied. On Christmas day when opened we found a relatively small box tightly packed with the player in polystyrene packaging. ...King Jason Apartments Paphos must be one of the most organised and well rounded places to stay on your Summer or Winter holidays. The staff could not be friendlier and the place itself is hard to beat. When you first arrive there is always numerous staff there to welcome you in, with a refreshing glass of pure orange juice or apple juice, morning, noon or night. In our experience it is usually about 3am! Your suitcases are taken along to your room which is extremely spacious and makes you feel like you have your very own home in Cyprus. The decor is simple but exquisite; white with hints of yellow to colour the room. The bathrooms all sparkling white with all ameneties, much like the Kitchen which has everything you could need. The balconies of the apartment makes the feeling of being on holiday all the better as you can sit out...
