...This next review is on my time on The Blue Mountains National Park, located in Sydney Australia. A few friends and I had decided to hire a van and take a tour of the national park, as we had been recommended it by several people we had met along the way. I am usually a fan of national parks; it gives you a chance to take in the scenic view, it gives you a chance to relax and unwind if you have had a busy week, and you even get to see some wildlife. It?s a great experience, which allows you to camp overnight, whilst also have a magnificent driving experience. History & Park Info: The park covers 267,954 hectares, which included several mountains and rivers along the trek. Advantages: Striking, affecting combinations of music and visuals, strong central performance.
Disadvantages: Perhaps a little too blue.

Icy Blue

Advantages: Moisturises, softens, smells nice
Disadvantages: some people may dislike the minty aroma

.... There are lots and lots of different products available in Lush stores or online, so you are sure to find a product which suits you. If you are unfamiliar with the sort of products Lush sell then I would advise having a look online as they sell solid and liquid shampoos, bath bombs, bubble bars, etc. Some of the Lush products however aren't available to buy in store; you have to buy these particular products online from the Lush website. The products which are solely only sold online at Lush are called Lush retro products and there are quite a few of them to choose from, some of my most favourite Lush products are from the Retro range Lush Ice Blue a soap which is a bright ice blue colour with flecks of bright white around the edges of it; I think that the colour of the soap is really vibrant and bright. Feeling Blue

Advantages: Beautifully made, very emotional
Disadvantages: Not for those looking for action

...I have to admit I am a lover of French films, but also a lover of films that concentrate on people, relationships and feelings rather than action and excitement. Three Colours Blue fits the bill for me perfectly. The first part of a trilogy - the second being Three Colours White and the third Three Colours Red - it is French but is directed by Krysztof Kieslowski of Poland. I watched all three films several years ago but Blue was the one that appealed most to me, so I eventually decided to buy the DVD. As the event happens at the outset of the film, I am not giving anything away by telling you that Julie's husband and only child, a daughter, are both killed in a car accident. Julie (Juliette Binoche) was in the car too but survives, and during the initial episode of the film we see her in hospital. She has to watch the funeral...

Soul Diva Sings Jazz & Blues

Advantages: The wonderful tracks My Man, Don't Explain etc
Disadvantages: The dialogue interupts musical flow

The Blue Lagoon is a pool of geothermal sea water created by an unexpected consequence to the massive Svartsengi power plant. The power plant was built in the late 70s, and together with four other geothermal power plants in Iceland, produces around 26% of the country's electricity as well as around 87% of the country's hot water requirements. The power plant uses geothermally heated sea water from as deep as 2000 meters / 6000 feet below ground to transfer heat to fresh water for consumer use. ...I have wanted to see the movie Blue Crush ever since it came out in the cinemas way back in 2003 when I was twelve years old! However six years later , which brings us to the year of 2009 and me to the age of eighteen , browsing through the DVD's on sale in my local Wilkinson's , it dawned on me that after all this time of wanting to see this movie , I still hadn't gone to the actual effort of watching it. So I promised myself there and then that this time I WAS going to watch this film , and so I picked up a copy of the DVD and took it to the counter. On the same day , i was looking forward to a quite night in with a DVD , and it was then that i decided to watch the DVD. Also the same day , I had just booked my holiday for next year - a two week cruise and so I was in a bit of a 'sun , sea and sand' mood , so this film was perfect...

The Dull Blue Diary :(

Advantages: beautiful descriptions, kat was a lively character I enjoyed reading about

What's Wrong With A Bit Blue?

Review of All Rise - Blue

Blue or black?

Advantages: Great noir detective fiction
Disadvantages: None for me

...were a few times when I got a bit confused, but usually Easy's narration took care of that, or I picked up the threads of the story later on. I didn't really know where the film was going, so the ending was a bit of a surprise, but it was nevertheless a good one. As well as the luscious forties style set, the music was perfectly in keeping with the era - lots of jazz music and blues. The only negative that I can think of is that the title seems a bit strange - it certainly doesn't make much sense. I understand that the film ending is different from the book, so that may explain why, but in that case, why not change the title? Strange, but ultimately not that important. I really liked this film. I must admit that it is exactly the sort of film I like, having been influenced by the hardboiled school of fiction since I was young...
