...ink jet printers seem to be the common solution to every home personal computers hard copy situation but buying a cheap printer can work out costlier in the long run. The problem is the cartrages. Even a cheap inkjet printer can be brought for about £40 squid and have quite a decent quality of print but cartrages range from £15 squid to up to £40 and if the whole family are using it on regualar basis they mightent last very long. There are also special paper to buy like glossy for photo's and options to put the printer into a different mode to specialize for photos so these can take up more ink then in draft mode, so its important to look at the whole perspective on what the printer is to be used for and cartridge price before getting one in....

THIS IS A GREAT PRINTER

Advantages: Cheap
Disadvantages: slow to print

...Ok we bought our computer in 2000 and it was a package deal with printer, scanner etc and the printer was a Lexmark it was a fantastic printer. Then last year it started playing up and not printing correctly but as we never used the printer all that much at that time we really never bothered and it done the trick for my son printing out some of his pictures. One day we were in ASDA and we noticed they had the Lexmark Z23e on sale at £29.99, I had to look twice, as I didn't realise this item could be so cheap I think it was mainly to do with the printer we had was part of a package so I never really gave its price a second thought. The good thing about it is that it doesn't take up much space at all, it is 5.1" high, 8.1" deep and 17.5" wide, although you have to make sure there is plenty of room for the paper to come out at other...

Advantages: Cheap flights! Isn't that why we fly with them after all?

Shame jet2 charge for bags!

Advantages: good rates and destinantions from local airports
Disadvantages: baggage charges and no rout changes allowed

As they were very close together i thought i would share my views as obviously two very different routes and staff were different on the different routes too. Booking: The jet2 website was very easy to use - i find most low cost airline websites are really and there isn't anything different about the jet2 website that makes it any easier to use than any other of the low cost airlines sites but i would say it is one of the more attractive looking ones. Good little printer

Advantages: small, easy, cheap, good quality (for a col. laser)
Disadvantages: smallish paper tray

...Good little colour printer! Network ready, works well with my Mac and PC over ethernet. Installed easily on both. Initial toner cartridges are not full capacity, but mine ran to around 950 pages when black, followed shortly but magenta and cyan ran out. Tip for using this printer: switch on the supplies warning override. It was telling me to replace toner at around 600 pages, I got 350 pages more before needing too! Use: using this for short run direct mail and flyers, lots of pictures and colour. With Edge Control set to light this is just fine. Not quite as smooth as the commercial printer I use for digital but acceptable, and we're promoting photography services mainly. Prints card up to 220gsm OK. Also duplexes well (work and turn).
