Surprising Picture Quality - Panasonic DVD-S54

Advantages: Incredible picture quality when compared to my old non-upscaling player with a scart lead

Admittedly it was a slightly selfish purchase as we both live at home and wanted to watch DVDs on the big new TV ourselves! We bought the player from the electrical retailer Comet for about £100 just before Christmas so there were no discounts applied. ...Who is Jill Scott? That is the question I was asking myself when I bought her album nearly a year ago. I had read some good press reviews from the states, but other than that, had not heard much about her. Who is Jill Scott? She is the namesake of this memorable debut album, Who is Jill Scott?. Jill Scott combines the sounds of R&B, funk, soul and jazz. Her sound is reminiscent of the late great Billie Holiday and the more recent Macy Gray.
