...It's often the case isn't it, it's only when you are at your lowest and at the stage of physically dropping that you seek any nutritional help. This was certainly the scenario I experienced, whilst three months pregnant I felt as if I literally could not clamber out of bed in the morning, absolutely zero energy and in fact felt like "a shadow" instead of a physical being ... Rewind back to when I first started feeling like this, and I ventured to my GP to see what they could offer me. In the past I have had trouble with anaemia and so fully expected to be prescibed some form of iron. So, I was rather surprised when I left the surgery with no sign of a prescription whatsover. Any Old Iron?

Advantages: It's great fun and has solide direction, writing and performances.
Disadvantages: The peripheral characters are unremarkable.

Iron Man

Advantages: Good story, fun characters

...For anyone who reads comics you will know that Iron Man is a Marvel creation. I didn't, my comic knowledge goes about as far as Spiderman and Superman so I was unaware that Iron Man was taken from this genre. The Iron Man Movie was released in 2008. It is a superhero film and is in very much the same ilk as Spiderman and Superman, good triumphing over evil, the dastardly baddie, the epic battle (pow, kerpow, take that@!!***< etc). Iron Man's alter ego is Tony Stark, a billionaire industrialist who has made his money in the company firm, Stark Industries, selling weapons. Spatone Iron

...Like many people i have a problem taking Iron supplements as it usually causes terrible constipation and headaches. However, finding out recently that i need extra help with iron now that i am pregnant i was recommended Spatone Iron+ by a friend that has had the same problem. They come in boxes of 28 and are individual sachets of mineral water which contain the added iron. One sachet a day, taken on its own or with fruit juice is enough to keep your iron levels at a normal level and without the added worry of the painful side effect that most iron supplements can cause. On their own they taste slightly metalic but i take mine with a glass of fruit juice which helps the body absorb the iron better. Speedy Ironing

Advantages: cover reflects heat, irons out creases quickly, thick underlay, washable
Disadvantages: can take a while to fit cover snuggly (without creases)

...Cleaning is something that I don't mind doing as I like things to be in it's place and try to keep on top of things. This means that there's no need to spend the whole of my weekends cleaning, leaving me to do the things that I want when I'm not in work. There is one task however that I hate and that is ironing. For some it is therapeutic, or something to do when watching TV, but for me it is the one job that I find a chore and I hate it so much I even prefer cleaning the oven to ironing! My ironing board is years old and I have never changed the cover. I didn't realise how thin the cover had become until I took the old cover off and thought that this had something to do with why I have to spend such a long time ironing the creases out of my clothes.
