Clock Watching (John Cleese Style)

Advantages: Totally hilarious
Disadvantages: Not a lot!

...If you enjoy Monty Python's Flying Circus, Fawlty Towers, and the somewhat off beat humour of comedian/actor John Cleese, then Clockwise (1986) is definitely a movie that you don't want to pass over. The whole movie is really just a vehicle for Cleese's crazy antics, and though it obviously has a full cast, they are really only there as padding and foils for Cleese's next mad cap scenario. Cleese plays Brian Stimpson, the fastidious and disciplinarian headmaster of a local comprehensive school, with a fetish for fastidious timekeeping. Advantages: Very emotional writing
Disadvantages: Quite slow paced

Judging from the several mentions of the song in the story and given that author Peter Murphy works in the music press, I suspect that's where the title of this novel came from as well. Surprising Picture Quality - Panasonic DVD-S54

Advantages: Incredible picture quality when compared to my old non-upscaling player with a scart lead
Disadvantages: Sometimes disc drive can be really noisy when DVD's initially load.
