John Frieda Sheer Blonde Shampoo
Advantages: leaves your hair bright and shiny!!
Disadvantages: Price (cos its the only one i can think of)
...After having my highlights re-done several times over the last few years and trying various products and never having much success, I always found they dulled really quickly.
Then again i hadnt tried Sheer blonde!
It was recommened to me and what a difference it made.
It is designed to counteract the darkening and dullen that daily life has on the hair. It is highlight activating shampoo which gets rid of all the toxins - smoke, pullition etc. and brightens your hair. I wasnt sure at first having heard the same thing before but this really did make a difference!
It neutralises chlorine so after a swim i can be pretty sure that my hair doesnt go green!!
There are two types of shampoo:
Champagne Blonde and;
Honey to Caramel blonde
so whatever blonde you are there is one to suit.
The product looks great- a nice caramely...

Sheer expense
Advantages: Clean your hair!
Disadvantages: Expensive for what it is
...<<UPDATED AFTER INFO FROM ANOTHER MEMBER! - LAST PARAGRAPH ONLY>>
----------------------------------------------------------------
Oooh! Designer shampoo! Now I'm normally one to go for cheap and cheerful or whatever happens to be on offer as I feel conditioner is more important than shampoo. Having said that I got a bottle of this John Frieda Sheer Blonde shampoo a while ago as part of a special offer - buy one get one free or something like that.
Its intended use is chiefly for 'fake' blondes - those of us sporting bleached hair or highlights and the like. It is meant to revitalise the colour and conditon and remove the dirt and pollutants that can cause such hair to become yellowed, discoloured or brassy. Aswell as that it also claims to restore the condition if your hair has taken on a straw-like texture from too much...

SHEER Loveliness
Advantages: Shiny pretty hair
Disadvantages: Cost
...and lovely , it does not make your hair feel greasy at all. You shouldn’t need to use too much of it either to get a good result. One worry for me is that when I use a deep conditioner, afterwards I have trouble styling my hair, but my hair although very well conditioned was still very easy to style after using it.
The major bad about this product is the cost. It costs between four and five pounds a 250ml bottle, which is extortionate. I pay this grudgingly because Sheer Blonde is the only conditioner I have found that maintains my hairs condition. It is a rip off but the quality of the conditioner, just about justifies the expense.
All in all, if you are blonde, natural or bottle, and are looking for a new conditioner, then try this. I know this op sounds like a John Frieda advert, but I promise I am being honest!! You can buy...

Sheer Blonde!
Advantages: Works well, leaves hair soft and shiney
Disadvantages: Doesn't smell as nice as some, bit pricey
.... With the results it gives, it is good value for money, and i have been very pleased with it!
DO I RECCOMMED IT?
If you have natural blonde, coloured or higlighted hair this is someting you should definatly try if you want a brighter colour aswell as care for damaged hair, If you are after volume i would say the volumising shampoo would also be a good idea form my experiences with the other two, although i havn'nt tried it myself.
Sheer blonde is a great range, and there are many differennt profucts available, usually all under £6.
Definatly reccommened!!!...

Sheer quality
Advantages: Shiny, silky, soft hair.
Disadvantages: Price, fragrance.
...I started using Sheer Blonde when I saw the adverts which many of you probably remember: 'I love you, I love you, I love you, love you, love you - yes I do!'
It was also recommended to me by my hair dresser. He told me not to use the conventional shampoos and conditioners, such as Herbal Essences and Pantene... apparently they are bad for your highlights, they dry out your hair and they leave traces of plastic. Sheer Blonde can be used by people who are naturally blonde or who have colour treated or highlighted hair. I'm sure it can also be used by brunettes and redheads who want to lighten their hair slightly.
However, Sheer Blonde transformed my hair... I came out of the shower with it sleek and shiny and I had no knots left. Having thick hair, I usually struggle with combing my hair afterwards. I also followed my hairdresser...

Nice product just not very natural!
Advantages: Nice results
Disadvantages: COuld cause build up
...John Frieda?s conditioner gives a boost to flat hair leaving it looking bouncy and bright thanks to its brightening extracts. The product gives magnificent results but I definitely would alter a few things about the product if I could.
I first tried John Frieda?s products about two years ago. I had been given a lovely John Frieda gift set from my brothers ex girlfriend which included the shampoo conditioner and gleam crème for instant silky hair in the sheer blonde collection. I really loved the way my hair look and felt after using the shampoo and conditioner so I started to use it religiously and bought the shampoo and conditioner on several accounts. The reason I stopped using the products was although my hair looked the most radiant and volumised it had looked, I almost felt like I was ruining my hair when I used these products...

John Frieda - For a Little Bit of Luxury In Your Life!
Advantages: Hair smells fantastic and hair feels soft .
Disadvantages: I suppose there are a lot of chemicals listed in this - but this is the same for most conditioners
...JOHN FRIEDA CONDITIONER
John Frieda Conditioner
I thought that I would review this conditioner as I recently ran out of it and so had to use a general one that was knocking about in the bathroom. It is only then that I realised how good this conditioner is and how much I missed it.
What it is like and overall opinion.-
The conditioner is a creamy colour and is quite thick in consistency, so you only need a circle of about 2 to 3 cm diameter. The bottle states that it is paricularly good for colour treated or highlighted hair brunette hair.
I don't know if buying shampoo and conditioner by hair colour really makes a difference in particular, but this product is good and does it's job anyway.
It states that it has special illuminating properties - and contains cocoa bean and crushed pearls to help achieve this...

Sheer Blonde Rubbish
Advantages: Lightens/brightens hair with repeated use
Disadvantages: Makes hair dirty and greasy extremely quickly
...I've always had the kind of naturally golden blonde hair that prompts even complete strangers to comment on it, and my hairdresser to coo, 'ooh, isn't it a lovely colour! Don't ever dye it will you?' every time she blow-dries it for me. However, over the last couple of years, probably mainly due to me working nights and my hair rarely seeing the sun, I've noticed it has started to look darker and a little dull. So, although I've never been particularly fond of blonde in general, I decided this new mucky blonde just had to go, and started looking around for something to bring the life back into my blonde.
Not wanting to resort to dye, I decided to try a John Frieda Luminous Colour Glaze, which I'd seen advertised on TV and in various magazines. I found it in my local Boots, priced at £6.99 for a 190ml bottle. There are 5 shades...
