Rediscovering the magic of Johnson's baby powder

Advantages: Smooth, soft feel and reduce skin irritations

These days, the markets quite competitive in baby products but I can’t think of a better brand of Baby powder than Johnsons. ...I have used baby powder of one type or another for as long as I can remember. But I always prefer to use Johnson's baby powder. I love the smell, the feel and the fact it seems to last for ages. I used it on my daughter when she was a baby as she was very prone to nappy rash and heat rash. We used it, on the advice of the mid-wives, after bathing and before putting her to bed. I was told this helped to prevent nappy and heat rash. It certainly worked on her. I have always used baby powder, on myself instead of "grown up" powders, as I am prone to mild Eczema and always found the perfume in the adult varieties made me sore and itchy. With the cheaper versions of the baby powder I have used, I had exactly the same problem, which is another reason why I tend to stick with a product I know doesn't affect my Eczema. Johnson...

After having a baby and having loads of baby products in the house i tried using johnsons baby lotion as a make up remover as my usual one had run out. Using a small amount (about the size of a 50p) poured into the palm of my hand and smoothed over my face and neck, then wiped off using cotton wool. ...I will start by saying that I love the smell of babies! Before I go any further I will qualify that comment. What I actually mean is that I love the lovely clean smell you get when they?ve just been bathed, powdered and changed, not the ?before? smell, about which I won?t go into detail in case you?re getting ready to eat! So, taking this into account, it isn?t difficult to see why I love to use Johnsons Baby Powder. I have always bought the standard version for myself but when I got some at Christmas as part of the usual pile of stocking fillers it was the Lavender and Camomile one. I'm a beauty-whore, as my sister calls it, and this is the one product I'm loyal to, so it must be good! It comes in it's distinctive pink rounded bottle, with a secure flip-lid. It can be bought in various sizes, but mine cost about £1.99, I think, for 300ml. This promises to be 'the most effective way to remove oily substances that water alone cannot and leave skin clean and babysoft'.
