A Practical, Tasty Cereal Bar..

Advantages: taste nice, low fat/cal, fresh, can eat them as part of my plan
Disadvantages: sugar, price compared to other brands

Healthy Cereal Bars???

Advantages: Less than 70 calories
Disadvantages: No good if you're lactose/gluten/soya intolerant
