Sony Ecrisson K770i - the sexier K800i

Advantages: Slimmer, slick camera shuttle
Disadvantages: No xenon flash

...I upgraded to this phone from a K800i. The K770i is a new version of the K800i. The K800i was one of the best camera phones ever, and the K770i has most but not all of the features that made the K800i so good. The K770i has a new look, with the annoying joystick of the K800i replaced by a 5-way navigation key, it's now slimline and lighter than the old K800i and the slide to open the camera is more chic and sexy. However, the K770i is missing the xenon flash on the camera which the K800i had (this mobile has a weaker LED light that will flash but the pictures become a little more fuzzy and unfocused). The sound and quality of the mp3 isn't great but if you're looking for this specifically, I would recommend going for one of sony ericsson's 'W' phones. Sony ericcson k770i, a good all-rounder

Having never even heard of the brand name before, I was rather skeptical. My sole reason for buying the TE 770 was that it was the only black monitor currently on offer in the shop, put simply I wanted my new monitor to compliment my other hardware components. Setting the model up was quite easy, a power cable is supplied with the monitor, though you may need some help from another person when lifting the monitor onto a desk or workspace. Now this is something that won't effect most folk, but as I usually use the internet on my phone (Via the Opera Browser I've downloaded) I'd like to switch between that and the music player quickly, sadly to do this on the older phones it was: Press toolbar button, switch programs Now it's: Press the hang up button, click minimise, go through the menu's, switch programs. For an upgrade (from the k700/750) it seems to be a huge step backwards on the grounds of user interface. The camera however is equal with the k800i, both 3.2 mega pixels of beautiful quality which takes wonderous pictures, and explains why it's my first choice digital camera at the moment. I can't complain at all about this, at the bottom of this review theirs links to to a picture taken with the k800 and one taken with the k770 for your compartive needs...

Sharp 770SH - the only mobile I will ever use.....probably :-)

Advantages: Great for those who want a phone to be a phone rather than Sat Nav, TV etc!

The E-Machines 770 desktop PC

Advantages: smooth and reliable

...Where to begin with this excellent machine from a great company? We have 2 E-Machines in the house, both different models numbers. (The 810 is the other one) both have been excellent value for money, at the middle end of the market, and very reliable in use. Never have they let us down yet. Specs for the 770 are: 2.4 ghz Pentium 4 processor, 80 GB harddrive. 256 MB ddr Ram (This is it's only let down, though not overly so) It is fine for almost all tasks set to it. Just a little laggy sometimes with online gaming, but again, not overly so. Yes, I could add another stick of RAM, and I guess I probably will do sometime. It comes with a GForce 4MX 440 card as standard. Separate DVD and CDR drawers, another nice advantage, better than having both built into one. I can think of many reasons to have them separate.
