Whizz....Chop...Blend- what more do i need?!
Review of Kenwood FP116 by
clairlouise1982
Advantages: Ideal for small scale use
Disadvantages: not great if you are feeding the 5000!
...I bought the Kenwood FP116 , Chrome, as my first food processor when my fiancé and I moved in together. I didn't want to spend a fortune, knowing it wouldnt be somethign I would use every day, so the Kenwood FP116 was ideal, costing less than £30.
I set straight to work using it to whip up a batch of homemade hoummous. Using the blender blade (which is the one I use most) I was able to blend all the ingredients to the perfect consistency. The pulse button lets you control just how much you mix the ingredients so it doesnt get over-mixed.
Next I decided to make a big batch of soup which was where it's size let the Kenwood FP116 down. Being only small it couldn't take the whole batch of soup and silly me filled it too full so it leaked over the sides! One tomato covered worktop later and my lesson was learned!
other than that though its...

FAB ITEM...EASY TO USE
Review of Kenwood FP776 by
moonface33
Advantages: VERSATILE, EASY TO USE, VERY POWERFUL
Disadvantages: LOTS OF ATTACHMENTS TO STORE
...LOVE THIS PRODUCT
Advantages: very powerful
Disadvantages: storage of attachments
I recently purchased the Kenwood FP776 food processor and have found it to be a great addition to my kitchen appliances. I have a new baby and can make her tasty meals in minutes. Soups are just so easy to make using the processor to prepare the vegetables. My daughter and i even tacked making bread rolls as the processor comes with a dough attachment. I've made coleslaw, sandwich fillers...things i'd normally buy pre made.
It has a bowl and glass jug attachment and the cutting blades store in a pullout compartment at the back of the processor. It was
well worth the money.....saves so much time and allows us to eat healthier!!!! kids love this item....

Smash and Mash
Review of Kenwood FP520 by
shaheena
Advantages: very quick and easy to do
Disadvantages: dont any
...Hi everyone, how is everybody today? The whether is so dull and boring? Just finished cooking and had my lunch and decided to write a review about my food processor that I used whilst I was cooking before.
The reason why I’m writing about this food processor is because it’s just fantastic. It’s a real help for me in the kitchen, as I’ am always processing and preparing food for my cooking.
The food processor that I’ am talking about is the Kenwood FP520. This food processor is really good; it’s a plastic white finish food processor and is very compact and very easy to use.
Let me now tell you some product information about the Kenwood FP520, what a food processor is and what it does.
What is a food processor? A food processor is a versatile kitchen appliance that can quickly and easily chop, slice, shred, grind, and puree almost...

AVOID
Review of Kenwood FP 920 by
QARKED
Advantages: Single base unit for liquidiser and processor
Disadvantages: Complicated, too many extras. No support from Kenwood
...I was pleased that Kenwood brought out the innovation of one base unit for liquidser and food processor, saves on space. What a disappointment....
The Kenstore facility gives the impression it stores the accesories, it only stores less than 1/3 of these! Something wrong with their trade description there, is this illegal?
It comes with a juicer, citrus press grinding mill, most of which I would not use. These extra bits really do load up the extra accesories.
Took me 3 hours to sort everything and read the instructions fully (I have an MSc-it was no help here!). I then discovered that the base for the liquidiser and the grinding mill were identical and whichever one I used, they both leaked on the liquidiser.
This item is far too complicated for most people's needs.
The finale...contacted Kenwood support helpline. They close 12...

Kenwood FP698 in Satin
Review of Kenwood FP698 Satin Chrome by
cazzooblue
Advantages: Compact, attractive, lots of attachments, storage,
Disadvantages: bowl and lid look flimsy, need lots of storage room for accessories
...This food processor was a replacement for my last Kenwood that expired after over 25 years of use.
The motor is housed beneath the bowl and this makes it very compact, and I am keeping it out on the worktop, the previous model was a big cream ugly thing with a bowl on the side of the motor unit and a removable plate to place the liquidizer and mill on.
This model takes all attachments on the base.
I wanted a model that had the spice mill, as the previous model had one, and this was the only one I could find with the same attachment. The FP698 despite it's smaller size came with even more attachments than before so I still need the same storage for them if not more than before. It comes with a stylish caddy for the slicing and grating disks that looks good next to it, could do with storage for the other things!
The disks are cleverly...

My second Kenwood
Review of Kenwood FP691 by
ginvzt
Advantages: Powerful, good range of attachments, great design
Disadvantages: Capsule stores only 3 disks
...I had a Breville FP7 food processor for almost a year, and in that time I had changed it twice. So when it broke the third time, I decided I want to get my money back. That is when I started looking for a different one. I was afraid that the new one might be as unreliable as the one had, so I was looking for a company with good records. After talking with my friends, I decided that Kenwood would be a good choice. Then I had to choose to model. I looked online for some advice and the one that I liked, said: get the most powerful you can afford; check that knife blades are as low in the bowl as possible. I looked around and really liked the FP698. And what can I say - since I got it I am really happy about it. It worked. Perfectly. For 2 months... Then the knife blade decided to go out through the top whil mixing the dough... I loved...

Kenwood have made my life sooo much easier
Review of Kenwood FP533 by
raychul69
Advantages: Stylish, easy to clean, plenty of attachments
Disadvantages: The amount of packaging it comes in.
...Having spent all my life without a food processor after receiving this Kenwood one as a wedding present I really don't know how I've lived without one. It's fantastic!
The chrome effect makes it look really stylish and modern so rather than hiding it away in a cupboard somewhere I keep it out on the side.
When I first opened it I couldn't believe how much packaging it came in. I appreicate that the blades needed to be covered but I think the amount of packaging they use for all the other attatchments really needs to be reviewed.
It is a powerful 800w and has a 2.9L capacity bowl and 1.5L liquidiser so is ideal for preparing food for families as well as single people.
It has 3 speed setting on it, pulse, medium and high so depending on what your using it for there is a setting to suit.
The dimensions for the processor are 45 (h) x...

Great Capacity, quiet and easy to use
Review of Kenwood FP 920 by
Shadow_X
Advantages: Large Capacity and Extremly Quiet
Disadvantages: Brushed Stainless Steel can sometimes mark
...I'm not really that much of a cook however when I do prepare things I like to have all the relevant gadgets I need.
My previous processor was old and so I decided to replace it, mainly because I saw that many sites had great deals on them.
Kenwood is a well known brand and from my experience they are very reliable and also are cost effective, they make food processors to fit every budget.
The biggest thing I like about this is the size of it, most food processors have a 1.5litre capacity or less, the FP 920 has a 3 litre capacity, normally you would be looking at paying much more for such a large capacity.
It has variable speeds which is a must, you can ensure that you control how your mix food rather than the food processor just deciding to do it fast or slow.
It is a metal design, which is easy to clean, its wipe clean and looks...

Will you marry me please ???☺☺
Review of Kenwood HM-602 by
jedi_kickass
Advantages: Brilliant Sound, Costs just £250, Remote Control, Aesthetic Appeal, Ergonomics, Ease of Use, Cost Effective.
Disadvantages: Power: 2 X 20 Watt, adjustment of bass levels, Build Quality, SHE CAN'T WRITE MY EXAMS!!!
...
***MY ENGAGEMENT WITH HER. [5/5]***
WILL YOU MARRY ME? Would have been the first thing I would have blurted if the KENWOOD HM602 were alive. She was proudly seated in her throne adorning a tiara when I went to the Kenwood Outlet to get my Kenwood Food Processor ( 1982 Model ) checked. Though the store manager could not help me with the FP, he did let me have a feel of the HM602. Was she good? Man, she was BRILLIANT with that Pseudo classical look she’s got, she could fit into any décor. Just scroll down to see the detailed review: -
***HOW SHE SOUNDS. [4/5]***
This is the reason why I want to marry her! She sounds great, her bass really rocks your heart ( did rock mine ) & punch your teeth. The bass is really...
