I like mine pureed not stired
Review of Kenwood FP180 by sparkle2

Advantages: liquidises,blends,slices,and comes with accesories
Disadvantages: Can be a bit noisy.

...I was looking for a blender so i could puree food when i started to wean my baby, i did buy a hand blender at first but it kept overheating, it was very messy and time comsuming so i decided to buy a different one After looking at loads of different types (its suprising how many just to mush your food up) i decided to buy the Kenwood FP180. I have had mine for about 4 months now and i have been very impressed with it. I bought it for around about £30 and i think that for what comes with it, it is good value. You may think why not buy just a basic blender but I have friends that have bought them just for when their babies are on puree then they have chucked them in a cupboard never to be used again. I have used mine a lot since i bought it and i will continue to do so when my baby is finally on normal food as you can do loads of other... Read review

Good make - highly reccomended
Review of Kenwood SE-A500 by paul170184

Advantages: Reliable, high quality
Disadvantages: Can be pricey

...I bought a Kenwood Hi Fi System 2 years ago, and it is still in just as good condition as it was then. It has been moved about alot but still it is in perfect working order. I think that Kenwood are a very reliable make when it comes to music systems, many of my friends buy Kenwood products and they too have had no problems whatsoever. So if you are looking to buy a Hi Fi system choose KEnwood for reliability. I must also mention that they are of a very high quality too.... Read review

Couldn't be happier
Review of IRiver iFP 180T 128 MB by lavished

Advantages: Small, easy to use, great display.
Disadvantages: Small memory

...The mp3 player world is a very competitive one. And one company that continuously manages to bring forward excellent, top of the line products is iRiver. They combine practicality and esthetics seamlessly. I received my iRiver iFP 180T as a gift and didn't know what to expect. I hadn't heard of iRiver and was unsure of the quality of their products. After a few minutes of fiddling with it, I knew that I wasn't going to be let down. It is easy to transfer your music files to the device with the supplied iRiverManager software and USB cable. There was a minor glitch with the installation of the software, but by quickly browsing the website's FAQ fixed the problem in no time. The only problem with this device is the small memory capacity. With only 128mb, you're lucky if you can fit 30 songs on it. When it comes to navigating through your... Read review

Kenwood come clean
Review of Kenwood DF650 Total Clean Coolwall by sadcrab

Advantages: Easy to clean
Disadvantages: None

...This is my third deep fat fryer the first being a Tefal that lasted 11 years, the second a Kenwood DF650 which lasted 14 months and finally another Kenwood DF 650 which arrived today with the compliments of Kenwood! The first kenwood was a vast improvement on the Tefal in the fact that the whole thing could be cleaned in the dishwasher (all except the control unit that is removed to dismantle the fryer). Last week the fryer stopped working so a little annoyed to start with I rang Kenwood to see if it could be repaired, no problem send it back to us they said and we will repair it, how much I asked, oh that will be free if it's a manuafacuring fault if it isn't we'll ring and let you know how much the repair will be and by the way we will arrange for it to be picked up by courier free of charge. On Saturday I got a letter from Kenwood... Read review

Kenwood Hi-fi
Review of Kenwood SE-A900 by liveland

Advantages: Reliable and excellent quality.
Disadvantages: None

...I have owned my Kenwood Hi-fi for over 10 years now, I paid £999.00 which was is a lot of money for a hi-fi, but it has definately been worth every penny. The sound quality today is just as good as it was 10 years ago, it has never had any faults. The range of features is excellent, I particularly like the CD to tape editing function which intelligently puts the cd's tracks onto tape so that no songs get chopped off when the tape reaches the end. The range of external connections is amazing, you can connect this hifi your TV, PC, etc, this is very useful. I would definately recommend a kenwood hifi to anybody that requires a reliable quality hifi.... Read review

My First MP3 Player
Review of IRiver iFP 180T 128 MB by neo_tiger

Advantages: Unique prism design, Small and Lightweight
Disadvantages: Low memory, Flimsy battery compartment door, and compatibility issues

...I've been looking for a MP3 player for quite awhile by reading numerous reviews and asking my friends for their opinions. My Korean friend recommended iRiver, so I went online to search for different players from this brand. I came across the iRiver iFP-180T on Amazon for just over £50 which is good value for money for this sort of player. There are other products that offer similar features which are also cheaper but they're not as aesthetically appealing compared to the unique prism design of this device. I received the player from Amazon within a week which is very good, especially as it was nearing Christmas at the time I bought it. I had problems opening the battery compartment. But it was soon sorted out by reading the instruction booklet which was clearly written and easy to understand. My main concern was that the battery... Read review

Messy Juicer
Review of Kenwood JE700 by JamesDavidson

Advantages: Makes juice
Disadvantages: Makes a mess

...Ok, so imagine Christmas morning. Your parent buys you a juicer to add a bit of weight to your stocking. This time she should have just put coal in or something. Im not a bad reviewer but this was not up to standard. What do you look for in a juicer? Lots of juice from very little fruit and very little mess. What did I get? Very little juice, loads of fruit and im still cleaning the kitchen (well not really, but it is messy) It does its job but I've definately seen better, I would recommend you go for something a little more expensive. The Kenwood Juicer is just not for me, maybe you will get on better with it but if I was you I would give this one a miss and look else where for a juicer. Sorry Kenwood but it just has not made the grade this time.... Read review

The Vacuum that refuses to clean
Review of Kenwood VC 6200 by David515

Advantages: It's shiny and Red
Disadvantages: As much use as a Chocolate Tea pot

...This Kenwood vacuum looks splendid, is relatively high powered and is bagless which of course means more suck. Apart from the fact that it can't stay on its wheels it only has one real design flaw. It doesn't really get on with dust. The filters block, the suction is lost and the finer particles of dust simply fly out of the back. I have persevered with this machine. After spending the last hour dragging the thing around the upstairs of my home, using nothing but the end of the tube to make up for the lack of suction, I turned the thing off and good portion of what I sucked up, spilled out. Frustrated? Annoyed? No more like bemused. Kenwood have a good reputation, I have a vacuum that sucks really well as long as I don't want it to clean!... Read review

A good secondhand buy!
Review of Kenwood KA-5090R by Voicecoil

Advantages: Good sound, ability to drive difficult loudspeaker loads
Disadvantages: Volume control not illuminated, difficult to see volume setting from any distance

...The KA-5090R is a very capable design using Kenwood's (Sanken) TRAITR transistors. It was one of Kenwood's last stereo integrated amplifiers before they withdrew from the domestic audio market in the UK. It offers 65 watts RMS X 2 minimum (90 watts X 2 typical), has full remote control and features independent source and record input selection (you can listen to one source while recording another). The appearance is kept neat by placing all the secondary controls behind a drop down flap. This includes tone and balance controls with 'direct' option and A&B speaker and loudness switching. The amp and remote support Kenwood's XS8 and XS16 remote protocols (the amp can be attached to other Kenwood components like tuners, cassette decks, etc and allows you to control them via its remote). Construction quality is good, with a generously... Read review

==Kenwood DF520==
Review of Kenwood DF520 by travellinggardener

Advantages: Good to cook with. Easy to clean.
Disadvantages: Rather large to store.

...Kenwood DF520 I have found this fryer to be an efficient addition to my kitchen. It is rather bulky so advisable to have a cupboard to store it in, for, if you are like me, it will only be used on a few occassions. It cooks well with a good range of temperatures and has a reasonable sized basket for the food to be cooked. It is rather spoilt by the viewing window becoming hard to see through once cooking has commenced as it appears to steam up which makes it more difficult to tell when the food is ready without opening the lid. It is easy to keep clean and takes apart with lillte difficulty to enable most componants to be placed in the dishwasher.... Read review
