After bleaching and using straightening irons so often my hair started to get very dry and damaged, it got so bad that my hair was constantly snapping with every brush. I tried this conditioner along with 'Bain De Force' shampoo and 'Forcintense' weekly treatment also from the Kerastase Resistance range. After one use I immediately noticed a difference in my hair, it felt much softer and healthier. After using this product along with the other two for 6 weeks, I was shocked, my hair had stopped snapping (apart from the odd occasional strand, but before it was coming out in clumps) and was back to the condition I first started in before touching bleach! ...I have difficult to manage rebellious hair. I have to wash and dry it every morning to avoid frightening my children too much! In fact the other morning my 5-year-old son cuddled me and told me I looked just like a giant hairball! I think this was meant to be a compliment. Anyway you get the picture! ...for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with an application of an entire tube of 'Forcexterne' in the same way. Okay, now that is how it reccomends you use it on the box, but I like to have it last a little longer, so instead I use 'Forcinterne' one week and then 'Forcexterne' the next week. So now instead of a three week supply, I have a six week supply! This might not work on your hair or you might prefer to use both at once, but for me I find it works just as well using one tube per week. Also, after using it I find I need to use a conditioner so I use 'Ciment Anti-Usure' also from the Kerastase Resistance range. I would highly reccomend you purchase the matching shampoo and conditioner to use along side this for added results. ..., greasy, natural, coloured or dry. I find they are aimed at more specific types than the traditional shampoos which I would find in Superdrug - just something I noticed. Kerastase tend to refer to their shampoos as hair bath which sounds rather indulgent but suits this perfectly. They seem interested in scalp health not just the hair - lets face it that's where any problems are likely to stem from - dandruff and grease especially. In conclusion I find this a first class "hair bath" that cleanses thoroughly and has improved the condition since I started using it 4 weeks ago. It's hard to put this all down to the shampoo alone though as I have been using a conditioner from the range also - Ciment Anti-usure.
