...I purchased this wireless mouse and keyboard set when I got a new computer as I thought it would look smarter and more modern than the wire mouse and keyboard that came with it. I chose this set as I felt that Microsoft had a good reputation and, at £30, this represented good value for money. This was easy to connect up with the computer, just a simple plug in to the front of the box. That was all that was required to install. The mouse and keyboard each take two batteries. I find that the batteries wear down really quickly. This is frustrating, especially when typing where letters can be missed out in your work, or quite often, the space bar won't function. The batteries in the mouse wear out especially quickly. Having said that, this is the only flaw I can find with the product. The keyboard is comfortable to type...

Logitech Cordless Deluxe 660 Keyboard and Mouse

Advantages: User Friendly,Quiet Operation.
Disadvantages: Key board Lift(feet Raised)not user friendly.

...When i ordered another Computer I was looking for an updated Keyboard..and mouse... Logitech certainly have come out on top with this one,and should be proud of a package like the Deluxe 660. The Good thing about it is it's stylish easy to use keyboard very friendly towards the user and setting it up is a breeze too...comes complete with all the software one could imagine and installation guide is very comprehensive which highlights the areas of installing the software Pretty Easy!!!... An All round Keyboard which has a couple of disadvantages: 1. It is battery with infra red operation with no sign of power on light. 2. The Lift up with the back feet do not elevate it too a comfortable working position, The Mouse. Well just like any ordinary mouse with USB capabilities as well as infra red..can't complain battery...

...I love these things! My keyboard and mouse are awesome for me. I sometimes get cold, and my laptop is by my bed, so instead of getting up and being cold, I get under the covers and just take the keyboard and put it on top. It is very, very, very convenient.. And my mouse pad it kind of slippery, so the mouse slides off sometimes, but there still aren't any scratches or other damages done to it yet. It's amazing.And, if you're super lazy, (no offense anyone) there is a mouse on the keyboard. You can just change the settings in the Control Panel. The mouse uses arrows. You will see blue one on the number pad wen you get this product. Notice I said WHEN you get this product, not IF you get this product. If you have the money, you're getting it. Now. ...Well just got my new The Labtec Ultra-Flat Wireless Keyboard and mouse for a good price from my local Morrison's. So, what do I think of it so far? Well to be honest I am presently typing this on my old hard wired keyboard and mouse, the reason? Is that after just two days of moderate use the batteries have gone flat in the mouse and has become unusable! My last keyboard of this type had the same problem and I thought it was just a problem with the manufacturer that I chose but I now think it is a design fault in the way wireless keyboards are built and sold. I think the problem is with the way they use the laser in the mouse and this drains too much power thus flattening the batteries very soon with use. This is not good, and not only is it very expensive to use as they need the best types of power cells just to work at all...

A cheap, simple but good quality keyboard and mouse.

Advantages: Good quality, cheap, optical mouse
Disadvantages: PS2 not USB

...About a week ago I was happily typing away on my computer and suddenly found that some letters were missing from what I had typed. A check showed that the entire bottom row of letters, except for some reason B and N, were not working, along with the comma and full stop. I tried the usual troubleshooting, unplugging it, plugging it in another USB port, restarting the computer, shaking it, hitting it, hitting it with a sledgehammer (ok, I didn't go that far, I don't have a sledgehammer at home), and still it wouldn't work. Thankfully windows comes with an on-screen keyboard, which allows you to click the keys with the mouse, so I could survive. The only spair keyboards I could find either had the old style big round connectors, which I have an adapter for but have no idea where, or were the one that I'd had previously that also missed...

Genius Keyboard and mouse

Advantages: Rechargable batteries and charger, cool design
Disadvantages: some keys are a liitle small and close together

...The genius keyboard and mouse are great if you require something a little smaller then normal, they are both compact and the fact that the mouse is optical is also an added bonus. The battery life is probably better then most wireless products I have tried and the fact that the receiver also charges a spare set of batteries which are included is also very good. The keyboard is very light, slim and feels like it has been well built with very little rattle in the keys, the keys themselves do seem a little squashed in though, but this has been done to make the unit smaller, the home, end etc keys are a little tricky to use and there seems to be an issue if you want to highlight lots of data using them as they are brought into use with the shift key anyway. ...I bought this wireless keyboard/mouse set when I got my laptop back in March 2008. I wanted to spare my laptop keys and mousepad as much as I could so this seemed like the best option. I haven't really have any worries with it apart from times when my boyfriend is using his microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse next to mine for his laptop and they can sometimes interfere with eachother. It's not that noticable though so it is only a small issue if at all. The keyboard has very nice soft keys, nice and paddy to the touch. Easy to type with and looks good too, being black and sleek.
