Off-roading made classy

Advantages: Enormously powerful off-roader, quite comfortable and relatively easy to fix and maintain
Disadvantages: Hungry and noisy, needs ECU upgrade to fully exploit its capabilities

...I had Disco 2 TD5 for a year and a half now and am very pleased with it. It's just as capable off-road as a Defender, but much more comfortable and will get you there in style. Reliability is generally not a problem - unless you count broken front differential, amongst other things, but mine is a proper off-roader, and is used accordingly. Mine is a "facelift" model, reg late 2002, and I recommend it over the earlier ones, mostly because of active cornering system, which makes driving nearly 3 tons worth of machinery a relatively easy task. Can't comment on MPG, because my car is by no means standard - the engine is chipped for power, mud-terrain tyres and suspension lift are not exactly fuel-saving features either. But then, if you want fuel economy, you buy a Prius. Repairs can be expensive like everything Land Rover. But the car...

Advantages: great story line - MR miyagi has to be the favourite character

...I was born in 1980 and probably because of this I have a strong attachment to a lot of movies made in the eighties ! There are just sooooooo many . Being someone who is always watching the pennies and also being a huge movie fan- with the likes of places like play.com , Amazon, and other online stores ,you don't have to be the richest person these days to build up a big DVD collection in a relatively short space of time. This week I bought a brand new cellophane wrapped'THE KARATE KID' DVD from one of play.com's playtraders, and as with most if not all items listed on play.com inc. playtraders, post and packing was and is usually free. I paid £2.50 for this DVD. This dvd was purchased in order for me to take a trip down memory lane really...seeing as I have elder brothers I had already seen this film while growing up...

The arcade off road Experience???

Advantages: OK Graphics, awesome cars - loads of fun!!!
Disadvantages: Not too realistic and occasionally Frustrating

...This game takes off-road racing to a new level with 16 off-road vehicles and more than 27 wide-open tracks. It enables you to play in Single race, Career race, Free-roam mode or Multiplayer mode. This game is great fun, especially in two player mode. The trucks look cool and the soundtrack really suits the game as you're throwing yourself off the top of a cliff at over 100mph! The races can get a bit annoying at times with the other racers constantly trying to mess up your race but this just adds to the challenge. The free roam mode is great fun as you can race around wherever you like with as much time as you want, and this is made even better by the awesome looking scenery.If you were put off this game by the bad reviews I have seen in magazines just remember that magazines are a lot harsher than people who buy the games. ...focussed. Fantasy is something that features strongly in this film. It is positive, light hearted, warming and a film that will help your family enjoy quality time together. There is no offensive wording or anything in the film that would otherwise cause offence. It is clever and well written. Keeping the family together is something that focusses strongly in this film as it shows the relationship between family members. The characters in this film make it all the more worthwhile watching. Although the parents do come off well it is more about the children and the fact that they save the day. What makes this all the more realistic is that the children are just normal kids carrying on their daily lives. Good for the kids

Advantages: novelty, well built both controls and wii can take a beating, great for the family,

...I bought a wii a good 6 months ago and to start with like most people I found the novelty great espeically with friends but unfortunatley after a month or two the wii just began gathering dust and eventually I sold it at christmas to a friend for her kids. I would highly recommend the wii for kids and kids only. I m 19 and besides the free wii sports you get with the console theres not much going for the older gamer. Also it gets really boring if you do not have someone else to play it with. Overall the gameplay is good the wii remote works xtremely well as long as your are within 10ft of the console it will pick up ever motion you make. This can be trick to get use to to start with but with the free wii sports game you get with the console is a great way to get ajusted to the wii and before you know it will have become second nature...
