...had the normal 360 for an year and then traded it in for the elite. i loved the black colour and the idea of the bigger hard drive. with standard white machine there was the curse of the "ring of death" which i never got with the white machine, but did get it with first elite machine and was told buy guys in game that this was sorted for the elite! well got it all sorted and second machine i have no problems with at all and its been running for year and a half. elite came with an hdmi port and i got a kinda of cheap hd television from argos, but the picture quality was amazing, and i am sure with better hd television the xbox would stand out even better. in box you get xbox elite, one black wireless controller, hdmi cable and also hd normal cable with optical cable for sound. as to date there is tons of amazing games out...

...Welcome to the mother of all games consoles... the Xbox 360 Elite. With a massive 120Gb harddrive I can store all the videos,demos and game saves that my heart desires. So far I have only filled up 80Gb! The console comes in a sleek black finish and looks great next to my new widescreen TV, everyone notices it when they come round and they always say how nice it looks 'for a games console'. The chrome disk tray really stands out against the black and looks great. The console itself has so many games to choose from theres something for everyone, with exclusive titles such as Halo everyone should own one. Now the console does have its drawbacks, all 360's are prone to getting the RROD (red rings of death), this is an overheating problem which results in the 360 becoming unplayable; I would recommend positioning the console...

In my previous PC I used to have crucial memory and that was quite good too, I don't think there's much difference between them maybe crucial has slightly better performance but it's hard to pin point. The Kingston memory allows me to run applications simultaneously without any glitches or crashes. I use Adobe Photoshop and Audition quite a lot and it seems to be able to handle them very well. Kingston continue to boost ones memory with great value

Advantages: easy to install, works on most systems and fantastic low price
Disadvantages: doesn't like too much static so be careful

RAM and more RAM? that is what a computer needs to keep it up to speed, together with a good quality processor of course, but the RAM is a lot cheaper than the processor, and a lot easier to upgrade. Recently I have whacked my laptop up to full spec regarding the RAM it requires, maybe I should be concentrating on expanding the Hard drive next. Anyway, I was hassled into doing the same for the family desk top, as it was beginning to drag its feet a little. So as I had used Kingston previously, for memory needs, so I decided to buy in a couple of 1GB modules to boost up the desktop so my kids would leave me in peace for a while. Xbox Elite, and it;s elite-ness!

Advantages: Quick and easy, reliable, looks good, large variety of games and features, Wireless functions.
Disadvantages: Costly, games when brand new can be costly, quite bulky!

...From my experiances of using consoles, I find the xbox in general to be very versatile, and reliable; it has a large choice of games ranging from childrens games, to more adult genre games, and even offers online options! You do in fact have to pay montly to use their online features but I personally find it very worth it, and not an issue at all. In my opinion I think Xboxes are lovely for all ages, and all genders, offering games which in fact could include the whole family, better yet the whole world! Elites offer a black console, extra memory and black accessories (also a cable which can hook up to a HD-ready televison for improved viewing), you are mainly paying for the masive memory that is included 125G, which you can store music on, games on, and various other content (ie. previews, downloads, demo's addones). Kingston memory chip

Advantages: Ease of installment

...Memory module easy to install, and straight not bent as some others i have recieved were. No problems since installing and speed of my computer has improved dratically, allways buy quality as cheap parts are never the same. Have found that the Kingston memory has all the latest quality parts needed to ensure a smooth running and speedy computer with out any loss of internal memory when replacing the older slower / less memory one. Always comes well protected in a anti static bag and foam packing so make sure you dont touch the chips with your fingers as static electricity can jump from your body to the chips and even the best modules cant stop anti static electricty jumping and affecting thier products during installement...

...Power is the first thing that comes to mind when i think of the xbox 360 elite, it has a huge 120GB hard disk drive and the graphics seem to run alot smoother that the original xbox 360 for some reason. I had the original xbox 360 but that died on me about 2 weeks after buying, microsoft seem to have sorted out these little issues that kept crashing the system. The elite has a HDMI port which means you can connect this straght into your HD socket on your tv, I have a 42 inch plasma and i thought the graphics was good on my old Xbox 360 through a scart lead but once i plugged this in i was blown away! The graphics are amazing, perfect detail can be seen on the games that you play. You get the HDMI cable with this system too which is just great as they are quite exspensive to buy, you also get one black wirless controller and a headset...

...I have previously owned two Xbox 360 Premium consoles in the past. I decided to purchase again with the release of Halo 3. Overall I\'m very happy with the Elite. Its main advantage over the Premium is the larger 120GB hard drive. Compared to buying a console and the larger hard drive it represents good value for money. If you want to download lots of demos and not have to worry about lack of space then the bigger drive is definitely worth it. If you just want HDMI then that should now be available on the Premium console. Another thing that I have found with the past two consoles that I have owned run rather loud. The Elite seems to be slightly less noisy but this still depends on what DVD drive you get in your system. Unfortunately it is down to luck which one you\'ll get.
