Moben - The Worlds Worst Kitchen Company

Advantages: One stop shop
Disadvantages: Poor quality, poor customer service

...thought. Curiously the salesman insisted that I pay 100% up front. Alarm bells should have started ringing (in fact they did, but i though Moben are a reputable company, they will fix any problems so no problemo!). The kitchen arrived about 6 weeks later and sat in my living room for 2 weeks while I waited for a fitter. The fitters came and had only 2 days to complete the kitchen. As a result it was a botch job - live wires were left hanging from the wall. Worst of all though is that the kitchen didn't fit - it was slightly too small and they had filled the gap with some cheap white chip board - it looked ridiculous. Naturlly I complained and complained to be told by the customer services people and the inspectors who came out that I had approved the designs and that it was my fault. I was so upset - I even couldn't sleep worrying...

Advantages: A Lot
Disadvantages: Not Many!

Company is a British magazine aimed at women between the ages of eighteen twenty four.The magazine is currently thirty one years of age! The magazine is released on a monthly bases (twelve issues per annum) and currently sells approximatly 240,078 magazines a month. At present , the magazine costs just £2 which I think is amazing for a monthly glossy magazine. First of all , fashion fans will love this magazine as there is a lot of fashion. I'm not really a bit fashion fan , I prefer just 'small bites' (for example , I can handle Look magazine , not too much fashion), although I do sometimes enjoy flicking through the fashion pages , although I never read them properly.I like the fact that the magazine features fashion and beauty items...

GLK is just another horrible kitchen company! Watch out!

Disadvantages: irresponsive, irresponsible, poor time management, damage everything that you have planned for

...Show, and the staff of GLK was so proud of being present in the show, so watch out for them if you are planning to go to one in future. I booked a survey with them on site and they visited in summer 2009. At the time, everything is very prompt and efficient, and they make you feel you have ordered from the right company and you wouldn?t need to worry about anything. As a result of this, I paid my deposit and they arranged a technical surveyor, Mr. Robert (Bob) Derryman, and the kitchen fitter, Mr. Ray Bellante, to pay us a visit for all the follow up work. Everything was fine and so I was happily anticipating my new kitchen to arrive and to be fitted. There is one thing that I must warn you about their sales tactics. Dream Kitchen @ Trade Prices - NOT!

How would you cope working in Hell's Kitchen?

Advantages: Fantastic format, Marco Pierre White is a fantastic chef, some relatively unknown celebs (to me!).
Disadvantages: Claudia Winkleman is just not my cup of tea.

...Hell's Kitchen is an ITV1 based cooking show which has been hosted by Angus Deayton (Series 1-3) and Claudia Winkleman (Series 4 -) and the head chefs have been Gordon Ramsay (Series 1) Gary Rhodes & Jean Christophe Novelli (Series 2) Marco Pierre White (Series 3 -) and it is has recently finished it's 4th series. Each series has had a slightly different format and slightly different voting styles and in the most recent series (4) Marco Pierre White was responsible for choosing the first four sackings and the second four sackings and subsequently the winner were voted for my members of the general public voting. Not in my kitchen!

Disadvantages: expensive, time consuming, poor customer relations

...impressed with their cabinets. At the end of the day, if you are spending £14,000 on kitchen units you want super quality not something that looks as though it could have been B and Q or MFI. Their advertising blurb states that by cutting out the middle man you save a fortune, This appears to be a load of tosh! Also, when spending a lot of money I would expect to see part of a cabinet and a couple of doors, certainly any decor doors or glazed ones. I don't see that you should be expected to choose from a third rate photo and a very small door. You get better than that at B and Q for goodness sake! Sorry, Kitchens Direct but I wouldn't touch you with a barge pole.The one thing I will tell you, hand on heart is that this site (ie Ciao) is useful for it's intended purpose. ...Space Kitchens - Glasgow Where to start with this shamble of a company? I have been working with the company for nearly 6 months now. I applied for the job as it stated "Driver" on the jobcentreplus form, only to be told after the interview, you are actually going to be a salesman, guised as a "designer". What a joke!!!! The usual starts, they offer you the world, you can make £1000 a day from the commission you earn, joke!!!! Likeliness is, you will make the £50 pitch fee only. They are all friendly for the first few weeks also until they turn on you. Your training consists of sitting in a room with a fat mancunian while he talks about how he makes £100k a year, please? Advantages: Full to the brim with celeb goss, fashion pages, horoscopes, problem pages, e.t.c.

I enjoy it so much that a few months ago I decided to receive it on subscription and I have not been left down. It arrives on time each month and is still jam packed full with all the celeb goss, horoscopes, real life stories, problem pages, e.t.c a girl could need. Company?s cover is always well designed to catch the eye of the customer as it is colourful and clearly displays the titles or a brief description of all its most interesting articles.
