...Leaving political issues aside here the www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk website really is a very good & practical piece of First Aid for anyone concerned with one's health. Ok, some may argue that it is nothing more than a glorified medical dictionary or first-aid book but it much more than just the sum of its parts. There are constant updates, newsletters, features, articles, letters/feedback etc etc. In fact the whole site is a minefield of information that should cover your initial needs. Of course this isn't to be considered as a cure to all ills. But it does cover common ground symptoms & illneses and will let you know how to remedy these bugs without the need to visit the local health clinic, which is what this website is all about I guess. Not wishing to label people ignorant but it is a sad fact that a lot of people do not have...

You need a little internet know-how

Advantages: Flat fee, no scary phone bills

...though, there's no scarily huge phone bill, you know that's it, that's all you're paying! I will say that although I recommended this to my mum, who's a bit new to it all, she's had problems with loading up from software too. Seems that the CD software conflicts too easily with existing connection details. So she now uses LineOne and cannot get her home email to work, and is using her hotmail account still! My favourite 'extra' from BTs ISP is the fact that you can access your email remotely as well as through your home browser software... I haven't had to approach BT for support, so I don't know how helpful they are or aren't. I did try to upgrade recently from SurfTime to AnyTime, since I cut my working hours so spend more time at home in the daytime. Again, I tried to do this online, got as far as applying for it and got sent in...

Its texture is smooth and creamlike, which makes it a great snack anytime of day, or even a light meal. It also has a very pleasant smell, especially when warm. Oh yes, forgot to mention - 3)Kate has a fantasy E-mail lover, the dashing Jack Ablehammer, a client of Kate's in New York. You could almost fall for Jack yourself, hes dashing, lovable and has such a way with words you'll be swooning. You'll laugh, sympathise and even cry reading this book. I couldn't put it down. I could really identify with Kate and thats what so brilliant about the author, Allison Pearson. She first introduced the Kate Reddy column in the Daily Telegraph. I can't wait to see if she writes another book, because I simply don't know how she does it!!!...
