no digital camera?_ Kodak Cd
Review of Kodak - Kodak Picture Cd by
cybersonic
Advantages: receive the benefits of digital photography
Disadvantages: you'll probably still want to buy a digital camera later
...If you do not own a digital camera but want to receive the benefits of digital photography, then I strongly recommend that you try Kodak picture cd. Take your film in to your regular Kodak developer to be processed; add "Kodak picture cd" to the regular developing instructions. When you receive your developed prints, you will also receive a cd that contains all of your pictures. Simply put the cd into the cd-drive of the computer; instructions will pop-up onto the screen and lead you through your options. It is an excellent way to organize and store your photos, but I enjoy the enhancement options. You can crop your photos, remove "red-eye", add captions, and so much more. When you are done, you can email photos to your family and friends, display them in an online photoalbum, or even print them out on your computer (remember to use...

kodak ez 200
Review of Kodak EZ 200 by
A.M.WOODCOCK
Advantages: ok if you have a higer spec machine.
Disadvantages: not so good if you dont have a fast pc (it wont work on it )
...Kodak ez200
Nice little camera if you have the latest p.c.
I only run a Pentium 200, as it is all I need
I have had the machine for 4 years now without any problems,
Until I bought the Kodak ez200.
The camera MUST be connected to a p.c. with at least a 266 with MMX. otherwise; it will not function properly.
Do not get me wrong the people at Kodak and staples where I purchased the camera were brilliant, but the camera does not have a lot of technology inside it. So it relays on the power of your processor to help it along.
As the person at Kodak pointed out the ez 200 tries to work like a web cam all the time, even when you are downloading snap shots.
Looks like ill have to spend a bit more on a better camera, most digital cameras on the market only require a Pentium 90 so I wont have to many problems finding one....

easyshare...very easy use
Review of Kodak EasyShare C713 by
kelly101107
Advantages: easy to use, lightweight, picture quality perfect
Disadvantages: internal memory low
...The kodak easyshare c713 is a 7mp lightweight camera. the picture quality it produces is nothing shorter than amazing. I purchased it because i didn't really know much about camera's but kodak was a very trusted name, the camera really lives up to that.
I wanted a camera with a built in re-chargeable battery and this camera has just that, it really proves value for money and the charge lasts quite a while.
Standard SD memory cards fit into the slot by the battery to extend the memory....the only dowside i found to the camera was that without an SD card inserted the camera only stores around 8 photos.
There are a range of functions on the camera that help to improve picture quality although the setting 'auto' tends to take perfect pictures in almost any setting....

Sleek and sexy
Review of Kodak DC 4800 by
al.humbie
Advantages: good looking
Disadvantages: not very many setting that you can change
...The Kodak DC 4800 is small, good loking and very light. The Kodak DC 4800 has a 2.3 megapixels CCD which takes pictures at a resolution of 1,900 by 1,220 but can be reduced to 800 by 600 to reduce file size and fit more pictures onto the camera. There is not enough settings that you can change really apart from the "Flash Mode". The camera has a zoom function which is digital not optical. I found the camera very easy to use, and I am very good at computers (for a 13 year old, I'm not exactlly Mr. Microsoft) so anyone who wishes to pay £350 for a camera will find it easy to use. The pictures that I have taken are very good compared to the budget cameras like the Kodak EZ200 or the Cool I-cam. There is a clear difference in colour between itself and the Cool I-cam, the colour is more bold and sharper. For £350 I would not recommend...

great camera
Review of Kodak DC210 by
beckym
Advantages: Great quality pictures
Disadvantages: Very slow to download
...I bought a Kodak DC210 plus ,as I wanted a digital camera and trusted Kodak would be a safe bet.I looked at a few other around the same price range but liked the way the Kodak looked, and I knew Kodak was a good name.
It takes great pictures, what you'd expect from a digital camera and it came with a 8mg card which stores 56 standard qauality and 12 full quality pictures.I went out and bought a 32mg card which stores 256 standard and 112 high quality which means a hell of a lot of photos,so if your'e going on holiday and are worried about having no space left on the card, this helps.
Downloading was very slow especially if youv'e got lots of photos to put on your PC.So I bought a USB card reader which downloads them in seconds.(this was £50)
So although a great camera,I needed to buy extras which bumped up the price, reasonable price...

Reasonably good camera.
Review of Kodak EasyShare CX 4210 by
grahammclaughlin
Advantages: Nice camera with plenty of features.
Disadvantages: Problems with batteries
...I got the Kodak cx4210 for my christmas and I was really impressed as I took it out of the box and saw its sleek and functional design for the first time. All of the buttons were conveniently placed on the body of the camera, (just under your thumb), and the lcd screen was a definate pro. The interface that you access using the lcd screen was functional and easy to use. The review mode is convenient but it is hard to get the full impact of your photos when viewing them on a 2" display. The picture quality was excellent in relation to the price of the camera.
The only problem I have with the camera is the batteries it uses. The 2 AA batteries supplied with the camera worked fine and powered it for several hours but when I replaced them they only lasted 5 minutes. Since then I have also purchased a Kodak Easyshare camera dock...

Kodak C330
Review of Kodak EasyShare C330 by
mattwilko92
Advantages: Good quality, easy to use
Disadvantages: Not rechargable
...cable, and create a favourites list, print photos, copy the photos, and create albums.
The camere also has picbridge meaning it works with most printers if you wish to plug the camera directly into the printer. You can also buy a kodak printer dock, which is small, and your kodak camera sits on the top of it and you get the option to print which photos you want on the 1.5" LCD display on the back of the camera.
The camera is unfortantly not rechargeable and takes 2 X AA batteries which is a pain, my advice buy some rechargable batterys which comes with an in-wall charger (Energizer do one for around £15) which is much better and has helped me a lot.
When printed out the pictures of the camera from my new york trip, they came out brilliant, the colours and quality was very good, so i was impressed by the 4 megapixel camera.
I do reccommend...

Kool Kodak
Review of Kodak EasyShare DX 4530 by
anthonyboylan
Advantages: price, extremely user friendly, and excellent picture quality
Disadvantages: more optical zoom may have added more benefit
...I have only ventured into the digital camera market twice since last year and both of these occassions have been to buy a Kodak camera. I weighed up all the pros and cons, benfits and features and decided Kodak was the ones for me.
This model, the DX4530, has excellent picture quality and is so user friendly / easy to use that you can take it out of the box and start clicking away from the off set. With the benefit of movie capture - with audio - and the 5 million pixels you cannot go wrong. I bought this model for my team at work and it has not let me down ever.
What you will need to remember is the memory card as the 5million pixels eats up lots of memory on the camera so I would recommend a minimum of 128mb, ideally 256mb. What would be good would be another x1 zoom added on like the previous kodak model I purchased as a gift...

expensive and now obselete
Review of KODAK DC25 Digital Camera by
zef
Advantages: easy to use, good software package
Disadvantages: expensive batteries
...This camera cost £200 when new and the package included just the camera, cable and software. The software was quite extensive and included the excellent Photosuite and Kai's Powere Goo. The camera can take 14 high resolution and 22 standard. I recomend only to use high resolution. You can icrease its capacity by buying a seperate memery card though. We have no problems with it the pictures are good and clear, but batteries are expensive at £13 a pair.
Also there is a hand timer function so you can photograph yourself. Technical support from Kodak website is good but the DC25 has since been discontinued....

Kodak easy sharec530
Review of Kodak EasyShare C530 by
lkwm1981
Advantages: easy of use, small and compact
Disadvantages: camera only supplied so have to buy accesories separate
...Really pleased with this camera, was bought as a 2nd camera but we use it all the time. Very easy to use and good clear pictures. Best to use rechargeable batteries as it drains normal batteries really quickly.
Was expecting a carry pouch to come with it, but unfortunately it doesn't.
Easy to use pc program which automatically opens once the camera is plugged in. The kodak website offers great ideas and products for your pictures, i even got 20 free prints on purchasing the camera.
Its so easy to use my 5 year old daughter can use, which she loves doing.
video recording option which is easy to use, but obviously uses a lot of memory.
Not much internal memory so therefore a memory card needs to be bought....
