Disposable camera for disposable pictures

Advantages: 2 for 1, easy to use
Disadvantages: not the best quality photos

...I believe that the people who use disposable cameras fall into 2 catagories, people who don't take many photos and people who only take them at times when a nice camera would get broken. I definately fall into the second group. If you looked at my photo album, office wall, and walls at home you would see the same 15 or 20 grinning faces nicely spead out across a variety of locations across the world. The only thing which seems to change are the clothes, hairstyles and occasionally a girl that one of us conned into posing with us. I want my photos to be of my best times, and my best times are the nights out with my friends. Because of this I have owned a 'good' camera. Single use camera for one off occasions

Advantages: Simple to use

...Well I was off on a day out at a theme park and I was a bit wary of taking my digital camera is a bit bulky I didn't want to take the risk of losing it so my wife suggested we buy a disposable camera to see what they were like so I went out and purchased a Kodak. I wasn't sure at first but I was pleasantly surprised. Although there are a lot of types of these cameras available very cheap I was wary so we opted for a Kodak which cost us £8.50 and in the box we got the main one with the flash etc and two daylight cameras with a voucher for free developing on the colour film so in all I think we got a good deal. The good thing is you just use the camera then take it to be developed no messing around with films etc and its good for a one off use, to be honest I wouldn't find myself buying many of them. ...enough - one camera missing!! Enquries led nowhere much - not in the bus, not in the school lost property cupboard - full of various items from various school trips - but no kodak disposable camera. Oh well one out of two's not bad. Back to Tesco;s and into their photo developing thingy. Put it in, waited the three days adnd collected the photo's. I have to say that I was quite impressed with the quality of the photographs taken with the camera. Boots Disposable Earplugs

Advantages: Block out all noises, soft and easy to use and not too expensive
Disadvantages: MAy cause an infection if you are not careful

...I have been using Boots Disposable Earplugs for a few months and I can honestly highly recommend them to anyone who needs to block out noises during the night, in order to aid restful sleep. I have been married for forty-five years and I would say that during the past ten to fifteen years my wife has developed an annoying habit of snoring very loudly throughout most of the night. She tells me i am also guilty of this, but obviously as i am asleep i am unaware. Boots Disposable Earplugs have been a Godsend to us both and have allowed us both to sleep peacefully and awake refreshed the following morning. I discovered these almost accidentally. Single Use Cameras - Are they worth it.

Advantages: Easy to use. Ideal for kids, or if it stands a chance of getting damaged, lost or stolen. Affordable. Can also buy specialized cameras such as water proof, which is great for the beach.
Disadvantages: Can be expensive. If you think you may need more than 1 film, can be bulky. It looks cheap.

...I always thought that disposable cameras were a waste of cash. That is until I was given one. Its pretty easy to use, and as long as you remeber to use the flash, the phots turn out great. Unless you intend to use the camera solely for day, do not buy the ones without a flash. It also does not take any photos unless you wind it up. This is great as you do not end up with photos of the floor or of your bag. As a result, I chose to have them at my wedding. Although I also had a professional photographer, the cameras gave a personal touch to my wedding photo collection. Although, I would not recommend counting only on the cameras. You may end up with lots of unwanted photos, and nothing particularly special. They are also great for outings, giving to kids for occassions, and for anywhere that a normal camera stands...
