...I have mixed feelings about digital photo frames. My mum bought this Kodak Digital Photo Frame as part of a gift for her Partner as he is in to his gadgets etc and this was new out at the time. However, on first impressions I thought it looked quite odd and maybe a little tacky. However, my opinion has slightly changed. I think the advantage of having a digital photo frame such as this one made by Kodak is that you can regularly change the picture you are viewing. This is ideal if you have a special occasion or fancy a change. One day you could have a picture of your Gran and the next a picture of you and your partner. Kodak Picture Paper - A huge disappointment

Advantages: Not Many!!
Disadvantages: Cost, Quality of prints, Not very glossy

...disappointment from Kodak and I wish I had spent my money on better thing!! Kodak's best photo paper is the 'Ultima Picture Paper' it produces really good prints. But I suppose it should do as it is mega expensive!! Overall if I were you I would stay away from this paper and save your money for something else!! It really is not worth buying. I had been planning to buy one for her for quite a while, but was unsure of which make and model to get. The standard size for digital frames seems to be 7 inches, costing around £50, with larger ones obviously more expensive. I was walking past a local camera shop a few months ago, when I saw one of the 10 inch Kodak frames in the window, and it immediately caught my eye, the price was reasonably too- £119, I knew this was a good price, and it was not a major name shop either! Features which attracted me to the frame: You can use a USB memory stick with it It is 800 x 480 pixel resolutions, twice the resolution of some other frames. It has interchangeable face plates to change the look of the frame. Features which put me off but weren't deal breakers: No random function on slide show Bloated Kodak software (according to other reviewers on Amazon) Pictures cropped to fit aspect ratio of frame The Reality. ...I have for some time now wanted to get a digital photo frame so I could have all the photos that I take of my nieces and nephews when I take them places on display but they have all seemed very expensive for what they are. When I saw the Kodak Easyshare M820 online for under £40 I jumped at the chance and I am pretty sure I have gotten myself a very good bargain. It was priced at £79.99 most places and even higher in some but when I saw Amazon selling it for only £38.99 I could not believe my luck. This photo frame is so very easy to use and it has a built in digital audio player so you can add music to the mood when viewing the photos.
