KONICA KD 400Z - A nice compact camera.

Advantages: Small, compact, good display screen, easy to use.
Disadvantages: Red eye control is poor, and pictures can be grainy when taken in poor lighting

Having broken my last camera, which was a 1.3 megapixel Oregon Scientific with no LCD screen, it was time to start looking around for a new one. The prices of cameras have come down dramatically over the last couple of years, and so we decided to go for a 4 megapixel camera. We trawled the internet looking for a good deal, and found the Konica. I paid £247 for this camera, but have seen them on the net since for £174. This camera has since been superseded by the Konica KD 410Z which my husband has bought. (But that is in anotherreview.) The Konica KD 400Z doesn?t come with a lot of memory, so we bought a 256MB memory card for it. On a 256MB card, I get 144 pictures at the highest resolution, but even on a 64 MB card, you can get 40...
