L'Oreal Excel10 hair colour

...This review is for l'Oreal Excel10 NOT Feria - but I don't know how to start a new link. Dying my hair is something I have to do as I'm going grey and I don't want to grow old gracefully (disgracefully is more fun!). But I really hate doing it, especially as it takes so long for the colour to develop (as my hair tends to be resistent to colour I usually end up having to leave the dye on for at least 30-35 minutes). So when I saw the telly ad for L'Oreal Excell10 I was really intrigued - surely it's not possible that a hair colour could develop in just 10 minutes AND cover all grey? It also claimed to make the hair stronger and with the help of the cashmere conditioner leave it shiny - it all sounded too good to be true! Well shortly after seeing the ad regularly on TV the dreaded moment arrived - I know I need to colour my hair...

...So you must have gathered I'm writing a review On The L'oreal Casting Creme Gloss. I used the colour * 360 blk cherry. My hair is Naturally Dark brown, nearly black so my hair didn't exactly get lighter Okay, So i wake up one morning I'm sick of my hair, I was sick of the sight of the same old hair. I wanted to give my hair some ''Umth''. So i told my friend, now she recently got her hair coloured with L'oreal casting creme gloss ''Plum''. She totally recommended this product to me. I was thinking great here we go.. Another high priced home kit. She whisked me off in her car to Asda to get One. Now i was highly amazed by the lovely colours this range came with. I Purchased mine from Asda, It was about £5 exactly. You can get it cheaper i think in Boots and super-drug but i don't know, You'll have to go on a little bargain hunt...

Simple and effective hair dye - Definitely reccommended

Advantages: Easy to apply, clear instructions, sleek/shiny/accurate hair colour, cost-effective
Disadvantages: Skin test rubs off really easily, so could be inaccurate results.

...I bought L'Oreal Casting Creme Gloss after trawling through reviews of the many, many semi-permanent dyes out there. This one had most good revies, was a low price, and had the colour I wanted, so the next day I went to my local Lloyd's Pharmancy where I found it to be on offer for £5 a carton. After spending a good five minutes deciding between 'Iced Chocolate' and 'Dark Brown', I went with my first instinct and bought Iced Chocolate. The packaging instructs you more than once to perform a skin test 48 hours in advance. Not having EVER dyed my hair before, I did the skin test on the skin on my elbow. This is where I encountered a problem - About 3 hours after applying it to my skin, it had bunched up and gone into little balls, so I had to wipe it off in case it went on anything in my house. A spritz of L'Oreal hair spray makes a bad hairday a good one!

Advantages: No sticky or brittle effect, good price, holds well, combs out when you want to
Disadvantages: doesn't smell that good

L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara: adequate.

...What is it, and what does it claim to do? A mascara from popular brand L'Oreal. The one that I purchased was black, but I have also tried the black/brown version. Of the two, I use the black version more often. Packaging Comes in a cardboard backed plastic pack, that is easily removed. Application and Removal No different from any other mascara, you remove the wand and apply it to the eyelashes, from root to tip. Most beauty experts recoommend that this is done in the "fan" motion. From the inside third, to the middle, to the outside third. It doesn't clump, and over the course of he day it doesn't fall off the lashes onto ones cheek, unlike some other mascars that I've used in the past. Soft and silky hair!

...Since I was about 16 I have been dying my hair, from blonde to red to brown. I am also always trying different dyes every few months as so many come onto the market I like to make sure I am using one of the better ones. However after buying and using the loreal casting crème gloss, I will no longer be using all different dyes as this particular type of loreals hair dyes are magnificent! The boxes are extremely helpful as you will find a picture on the front of a model with the colour hair you are going to be using and on the top is again a picture of the type of colour your hair will be. On the side it shows three pictures from blond, brown and dark brown underneath is what each one will look like if your going to dye your hair this colour. I think this is really helpful as you can see whether you should choose something lighter...

L`Oreal Have The Balance Right

There was the usual line up of cosmetics including Rimmel, Barry M, Maybelline, Max Factor and a couple of less well known names in the world of cosmetics and L`Oreal stood alone. I supposed it was one of the one hundred and one marketing tactics that stores are so keen on applying. L`Oreal are well established and they produce some great cosmetics and hair colours, I doubt if there are many females that have not bought one of the L`Oreal products at one time or another. L`Oreal have put the Color Riche lipstick into a traditional twist mechanism case which has quite a sophisticated appearance.
