L`Oreal Have The Balance Right

...Only last week when I walked into Boots the chemist I noticed that the L`Oreal stand had been put in another corner of the store. There was the usual line up of cosmetics including Rimmel, Barry M, Maybelline, Max Factor and a couple of less well known names in the world of cosmetics and L`Oreal stood alone. I supposed it was one of the one hundred and one marketing tactics that stores are so keen on applying. L`Oreal are well established and they produce some great cosmetics and hair colours, I doubt if there are many females that have not bought one of the L`Oreal products at one time or another. L`Oreal have put the Color Riche lipstick into a traditional twist mechanism case which has quite a sophisticated appearance. ...I tried L'Oreal Nutrisummer for the first time last summer after realising I just couldn't face getting my pastey pins out in the sun! I brought it from Boots for £7.92. Prices vary depending on where you shop but is usually between £6 - £7. A 'tone up' bottle of Nutrisummer is also available - it is the same as Nutrisummer but contains caffeine which is meant to tone the skin and reduce the apperance of cellulite. A tone up botte typically costs between £7 - £8. It comes in different shades - one for fair skin and one for darker skin. My perfect Mascara-L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara

l'oreal paris recital preference ultra-lightening natural brown

Advantages: not too damaging, lots of conditioner
Disadvantages: orange hair, strong smell eyes streaming, doesnt work.

...probably still be there until i have a few more sessions of highlights. i would not reccomend this to my worst enemy. its toxic. i dont know what they put in the stuff but its not good. the cost it was to put it right and the damage to my hair from the corrective proceedure has put my off ever using a box dye again. its just not worth the risk. it said on the box there would be no orange effect, someone at loreal is having a laugh anyway. a couple of months later, i thought id update you on the hair situation ! i decided i didnt like my lighter hair and wanted to dye it dark brown again ( like u do ) . after the l'oreal disaster there was no way i was going to use a box colour again, so i decided to go to my local beauty supply store and buy a colour there, the exact same one my hairdresser uses, except id be saving £20 by doing it myself...

It is the fibre paste version. It is good for short hair and up to 6 inches. I do not have my hair longer than that so I cannot say if it is good for hair that is longer but I am sure it is. It is sticky when you put it on your hand but it washes off very easily. The smell of it is very nice. I am smelling it now, I cannot compare it to other smells. Why not smell it next time you come across it. This product allow you to repeatedly remould the style of your hair and let it stay that way. ...This review is for l'Oreal Excel10 NOT Feria - but I don't know how to start a new link. Dying my hair is something I have to do as I'm going grey and I don't want to grow old gracefully (disgracefully is more fun!). But I really hate doing it, especially as it takes so long for the colour to develop (as my hair tends to be resistent to colour I usually end up having to leave the dye on for at least 30-35 minutes). So when I saw the telly ad for L'Oreal Excell10 I was really intrigued - surely it's not possible that a hair colour could develop in just 10 minutes AND cover all grey? It also claimed to make the hair stronger and with the help of the cashmere conditioner leave it shiny - it all sounded too good to be true! ...Because I regularly colour my hair (at least every six weeks) and have had a few bad experiences with hair colours I tend to stick to the one brand which is usually L'Oreal Revitalise, however when I was in Boots, a couple of days ago, I came across the Feria range and because it was made by L'Oreal I was a bit more confident using it than I would have been if it had been made by another manufacturer. The Feria 3D range has a better selection of colours and the colours seem much more vibrant, I usually colour my hair with the Dark copper Mahogany from the revitalise range, but I was fascinated by the Chocolate Cherry range of Feria which was a much more striking colour of burgundy. ...Oh my where do I start? My natural colour is a very light brown colour with natural blonde tones, 3 most recent colours it has had were twice auburn and then blonde (in attempt to get rid of the red tones in my hair). I then bought L'Oreal coleur 'exprete', absolutely daft name, as there is nothing expert about this colour that's for sure. Yesterday I did a streak test, I cut a full length streak right from the root and applied the colourant, once I had left it the time stated I washed the streak and had a look, I was in shock as nothing had actually happened, apart from the roots getting lighter! So I decided to give it another go, convinced something miraculous must start to happen sooner or later, I left it another hour! When I finally rinsed out the streak test and look at it the roots looked lighter and the main hair...

L'Oreal sublime bronze

...I had always usually relied on the sun for a tan but had always worried about the effect of it on my skin. I had always disregarded fake tan because i though it didn't work and was expensive but then i saw L'Oreal sublime bronze on the shelves and at a price of 9.99 it was incredably cheap! i applied it as soon as i got home. The directions were simple and easy to use resulting in the gel going on smoothly and more or less evenly. The fake tan hardly rubbed off on my sheets, clothes or in the shower. The appearance was slighlty streaky so i recommend that if you're going to use this product that you purchase additional tan corrector wipes for just 50p each from boots. The product claims to be fragrance free but the smell was quite distinctive and lingered on my hands for about a week. I also suggest that you lay a towel on the floor...
