...I had always usually relied on the sun for a tan but had always worried about the effect of it on my skin. I had always disregarded fake tan because i though it didn't work and was expensive but then i saw L'Oreal sublime bronze on the shelves and at a price of 9.99 it was incredably cheap! i applied it as soon as i got home. The directions were simple and easy to use resulting in the gel going on smoothly and more or less evenly. The fake tan hardly rubbed off on my sheets, clothes or in the shower. The appearance was slighlty streaky so i recommend that if you're going to use this product that you purchase additional tan corrector wipes for just 50p each from boots. The product claims to be fragrance free but the smell was quite distinctive and lingered on my hands for about a week. I also suggest that you lay a towel on the floor...

L'Oreal De-Maq Expert Elixir Concentrate - make up removing gel

Advantages: Removes waterproof make - up, has a nice smell, efficient - will last for several months
Disadvantages: Complicated to use, irritates eyes and blurrs vision, expensive

...ÂÂ? Elixir Concentrate is described as gentle on skin and eyes but I found it irritated my eyes, especially that it was very difficult not to get it into my eyes in the first place. Because the gel is quite light in texture, when applied to eyelashes it easily gets into the eyes. If you manage to avoid this, then it will most probably get into your eyes when you try to rinse it off. But the worst thing is that you need to remove the make up with the eyes closed ? if you try to open them in the process, you will not be able to see anything clearly as it seems to affect the vision slightly. Conclusion In conclusion, I think L?Oreal De-Maq Elixir Concentrate is a good product for getting rid of waterproof mascara, it does a good job removing long lasting make-up and will also last very long. L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Gel: very even tan!

Advantages: Very very even, gives a lovely colour and easy application!
Disadvantages: Takes some time for it to be absorbed.

...I have been using this tan for several years now and I recommend it to anyone! Application: Firstly I start by putting body butter on my feet and ankles, knees and elbows so they don't go bright orange. I don't like using rubber gloves with this tanning gel as I find it makes it more difficult for it to be thoroughly absorbed into the skin. What I do is I start at the bottom and work my way up, regularly washing my hands. I do one leg, wash my hands. Do the other leg, wash my hands. Then the body, and then the arms. After washing the hands at the end so I don't look like I have white gloves on I put a little of the product on some tissue and smooth it over the tops of my hands.
