An average shampoo from L'Oreal

Advantages: smells nice, leaves hair soft

...I subject my hair to all sorts of things that are bad for it, such of excessive use of heated appliances and styling products, and it is looking all the worse for it. When it comes to shampoo I am not completely bothered which brand I use, and usually just buy whichever one is on special offer. This was the case when I bought L'Oreal Elvive Anti-breakage shampoo. ~About the Shampoo~ This shampoo claims to help repair the hair on the inside and nourish on the outside. There is a lot of spiel and scientific stuff on the back of the bottle, backed up with diagrams. It basically claims that because it contains special ingredients - Omega 6 and Ceramide R, that after using it, you will have up to 95% less breakage from brushing. L'oreal Elvive NutriCeramide Revitalising Shampoo

...I have long thick wavy hair which tends to be a bit frizzy so I am always on the look out for a good shampoo. The one I'm using at the moment is L'Oreal Elvive Nutri-Ceramide Revitalising Shampoo, which claims to be a revitalising shampoo which restores vitality and smoothness to dry and brittle hair and reduce breakage from brushing by 60%. When applying I use the normal small amount and find that it works up a good lather and has a really nice and light fruity kind of smell to it. The shampoo itself has a lovely silky texture and is not too thick and creamy. It's easy enough to rinse out and leaves my hair feeling really clean and fresh. L'Oreal Nutri Gloss shampoo

Advantages: Soft, Smooth hair
Disadvantages: Didn't make my hair shine

...Since I have quite long hair, I always find it hard to find a product which makes me hair frizz free, smooth and shiny. I saw this product advertise on the tv and I thought it looked and sounded good so decided to give it a try. When I went into boots, they had this product on offer on 3 for 2, so I decided to get the shampoo, conditioner and the intensive hair masque. The shampoo is roughly £1.99 a bottle, the same as the conditioner and the intensive masque is priced higher and about £2.99. It has a bright, eye-catching bright coloured bottle with an easy flip lid for easy dispensing. It has a pleasant frangrance and is a pearl pink coloured liquid. A fantastic shampoo for silky, smooth hair.

Advantages: Great scent, good bottle design, reasonable price, minimal amount required,lots of lather.
Disadvantages: None.

...L'oreal Elvive Nutri-Gloss shampoo is provided in a pink bottle with a pink flip top lid. There is a medium hole in the top which allows the shampoo to be squeezed out of the bottle. It gives a medium flow but this shampoo is fairly runny so be careful and don't be over zealous with the squeeze or you will get a whole handful. The product is light in colour and has a nice girlie kind of scent to it. I use a 50p sized blob and rub this all over my hair from root to tip, I get a fairly good lather and was very impressed with the amount of lather it produced as well as how squeaky clean my hair was after I had washed this out. ...I brought this product because it was on sale, and since then I have continued to buy it. My hair is normally made quite coarse by these colour protecting shampoos but I found this shampoo made my hair manageable and easy to style. This product left my coloured hair shiny, nourished, radiant and soft. I normally have to wash my hair often as it gets greasy quickly, but with this shampoo I have found I don't have to wash my hair as often, although the shampoo is suitable for every day use (and if you're in a rush, you can get away with not using a conditioner as it still gives great results). The shampoo comes on a red bottle which is easily distinguishable and the shampoo is thick (so you can use less) and smells good to. This is a marvellous shampoo with its funky style bottle and so trendy with bright orange top and the remainder blue with a touch of green, so smart and eye-catching. It certainly has the appeal to any youngster. The bottle is also easy to hold and soft and so ideal even for small hands. I remember that I used to use this product for my own children and I recall then that I was very satisfied then and I am sure that they would have improved the shampoo since then and increased the range of shampoos and fragrances. To use just apply a small amount to ones hand and work up a lather it is so gentle to feel and smells so clean and fresh and yes one can smell a touch of oranges too. ...This product is utterly fantastic. Where would I be without this conditioner? I am the type of person who's hair gets tangled really fast. I have never come across a conditioner this, it makes your hair really glossy and untangled, its just brilliant. It comes out as a pale pink cream, and smells gorgeous. There are other conditioners like this one by L'Oreal for coloured hair and theres one for people who's hair gets greasy really quick called L'Oreal Elvive Nutri-Gloss Light. The price is quite good (£2-£3) and the bottle is massive. I would recommend this proudct to people who have dry hair and want it to be glossy. Ever since i bought it, i havent bought any other conditioner. There is nothing bad to say about this product....

L'Oreal Elvive Nutri Ceramide.

Advantages: Good for Dry/Damaged Hair.
Disadvantages: Nothing I can think of.

...I have tried the L'oreal Elvive Nutri Ceramide Deep Repair Mask, Shampoo, Conditioner and Mousse, and when used together to form a weekly hair regime these products make your hair ten times stronger, healthier, shinier and create a lot of body. Having had my hair permed in the past my hair has been quite tried and I have tried a number of products to remedy the problem, the Shampoo and Treatment mask work in harmony together and you can tell the difference when I have used the two together, the mousse has got incredible hold and suits any style that needs a more demanding hold. The smell is what I call 'lush' and my hair feels a lot softer, if you have a hair problem and your hair needs extra nourishment then this is the styling products for you, the packaging is also very attractive and colourful which attracted me to this product....
