Labels in a flash - it couldn't be easier!

Advantages: Quick, User-friendly, simple software, time-saver.
Disadvantages: Only uses Dymo labels

...I recently purchased the Dymo LabelWriter 400 for use at work as the thought of hand-writing 200 Christmas cards filled me with utter dread! It cost £75 and came with two free packs of Dymo labels. In the box was the writer, the cables (including USB connecting cable), the instructions, the software and a Dymo label swatch book which I have found really useful when ordering different labels as it shows you the exact style and size of all labels compatible with the writer. To set the device up, all I had to do was put the disk into the CD drive of the computer and follow the onscreen instructions (my computer is currently running Windows 7 and Office 2007). From sheep to sleek Label M Relaxing Balm

Advantages: Does the job, lasts a very long time elliminates use of finishing products
Disadvantages: Not very well suited for thin hair as it is a heavy product.

It offers functions including barcode printing, plus add-ins for instant printing from Microsoft Word, Outlook, QuickBooks, ACT!, Goldmine, Palm Desktop version 4 or later, WordPerfect® and more. This little printer offers speeds of 55 labels a minute, an average of just over a second per label. However this never seems to happen and I have never witnessed these sorts of speeds. I use the Labelwriter connected to my pc via a usb cable with no problems. I also have enabled sharing for it so other people can use it to. I was in Sainsbury's the other day when I noticed that their Sainsbury's Red Label Tea Bags were on offer from £2.69 to £1.34 for 160 tea bags (500g). I usually buy Tetley or PG tips, never stores own brand of tea bags. But as they were on offer I thought I'd give them a try. I love quite a strong cup of tea with just a drop of milk. I must say that I enjoyed this cuppa very much. I have tried other stores own brand of tea bags at friends' houses and can always tell the difference with the taste. I'd prefer to do without than taste some of them again! In the future, if there are offers on the branded tea bags and Sainsbury's Red Label tea bags at the same time, I would still buy Sainsbury's brand. Even if there is no offer...
