...I spent hours and hours researching which shirt would be the best for long distance running. Having come to the realisation that a cotton T shirt is vile to run in once you start sweating. The majority of comments I read or heard were full of praise for this shirt and rightly so. Its wicking properties are fantastic and although it is a base layer I wear it on its own and find it keeps me warm enough at the moment (and I feel the cold), but with the colder weather approaching an additional top will be required. ...After the success with the Helly Hansen undershorts I had to try out a base layer jersey. I have tried dri-fit tops before, and whilst they have been good and locking away most of the moisture, I have never tried one which has kept my as dry as the Helly Hansen Lifa. Like the Lifa shorts, the top is made out of 100% polypropylene. As with the shorts tha top is skin tight and seamless to ensure that moisture is kept away from the skin and to ensure that there is zero chaffing. Just like the shorts - the lifa is designed to be a base layer and have another top or jersey put over the top. The advert states ideal for warm to cool days - I think that this top is for cool to cold days since it is very warm. The long sleeves ensure that the whole upper body is kept covered and benefits from the stay dry effect. Saying this though...

...I was bought from JJB, the Ladies England Home shirt for my birthday in October 05. My fiance had J Cole 11 printed on it by JJB. I was delighted with the present and loved the feel of it. The material is great, the cut is very flattering for ladies and I was proud of the shirt, especially with the name of my favourite international on the back. I washed the shirt by hand and I noticed little blue bits from the lettering had gone onto the white shirt. The problem wasn't that bad and I expected it to come out in the next wash so I didn't complain to JJB at the time. I hardly wore the shirt as I was saving it for the World Cup. It won't be long before you're singing along!

Advantages: Few if any poor tracks. Plenty of variety. Pleasant listening throughout.
Disadvantages: Not quite as good as the previous album.

...Having been very impressed with "Songs About Jane" there was never much doubt that I would purchase "It Won't Be Soon Before Long". I have to say that whilst this album does not quite reach the highs of the previous album it is still packed with good songs. There are few weak links if any. There are not as many stand out tracks this time around. The big hit "Makes Me Wonder" is the best track in my opinion. The other UK hit singles "If I Never See Your Face Again" and "Wake Up Call" are perhaps not quite on a par with the first single but are still good enough to have achieved higher chart positions than they did, especially the latter track. "Won't Go Home Without You" surprisingly failed to make the Top 40 in either the UK or US but is also a quality track. I also like the rockier edge of "Can't Stop" and would like to see them...

He performs and records both solo - just him, his acoustic guitar and his voice - and with his band, a trio of himself, a bassist and a drummer. The first time I heard him I was at a small music venue, to watch another band. There were three bands on that night, and one of them, was Wob. He started on his own, just himself and acoustic guitar, striding and bouncing around the stage as if he owned it, grabbibg everyone's attention. ...The Tactical Series undergear from 5.11 is designed to be worn under body armour, to keep the wearer cool, dry and comfortable. I purchased a top to use as a base layer when wearing a rucksack. Most of the 5.11 Tactical Series undergear comes in what they call 'muscle mapping' style i.e. tight. As I don't really want a t-shirt 'mapping' my beer-belly, I went for the crew loose fit version, to leave a bit more to the imagination. # 5.11 claim these will keep you cool when it is hot and warm when it is cold - I have found this t-shirt to keep me warm when it is cold and roasting hot when it is warm! On the front there is a shiny picture of the Eiffel Tower in a black colour. Though for all I could tell, it might a well have been the Blackpool Tower! Written across the image is the big give away which separates this landmark from British and French - the word 'Bonjour' can be seen, written in a shiny silver text. Unlike some items, the image is well centred and looks like it has been printed to perfection. The t shirt itself is not actually a basic fitted top.
