Diablo 2

Advantages: Great game, loads of fun.
Disadvantages: Not challenging enough for some.

...Diablo 2 is the best PC RPG, (role playing game), ever! I absolutely love this game! I'm not a huge fan of computer games on the whole, I prefer card games and real RPGs like Dungeons and Dragons or Vampire the Masquerade, but I really like this one. I can quite happily play Diablo 2 for hours without even noticing the passage of time. My longest stint to date is 10 hours without so much as a toilet break. I am not 100% and a bit too lazy to check but I think Diablo 2 was published/released in the UK in 2000. It is the successor to the ever popular RPG: Diablo. Diablo was for it's time, and excellent game with great graphics and playability. Some people will assure you that Diablo is better than Diablo 2 but I played D2 first and think it's the greatest. Diablo is a little too primitive for my liking. Okay now for the boring bit...

...Diablo was one of the first great role playing games. It paved the way for a whole generation of similar games. But until recently still remained the original and the best. The release of Diablo 2, may have taken its crown. But never the less diablo remains one of the most addictive and enjoyable games of all time. The cunning story line and secret items make the game different every time you play it. This is deffinatly a game that if you don't already onw, then maybe you should think about purchasing. I still havn't completed this game as it is isn't too difficult, but it certainly isn't to eay....

Bring On Diablo!!

Advantages: Great creative and good value for money game.
Disadvantages: None, that I can see.

While also holding a children audience with funny looking monsters and easy game play. In the older Diablo it had a bit of limited play, as there were only three classes of hero. A knight, a magician and a rogue (female) This however has been hugely improved with more characters at your disposal such as a necromancer, an Amazon, a paladin, a barbarian and a sorceress. Necromancer* The necromancer summons legions of the undead to fight for his cause and can learn poison attacks as well as spells to weaken the enemy. RUN AWAY - to Join the Circus...get a Diablo

Advantages: funfunfun and more fun
Disadvantages: really fun stuff can be expensive....

... What is it then? The 'Diablo' or 'Diabolo' if you want to get picky about the spelling...If you want to be REALLY picky was originally named "Diaballo" when it first made its way over to Europe. I call it a Diablo. It is a fun juggling 'toy' that has been around for a loooong time, dates way back and historians are pretty much agreed it comes from ancient China. The Chinese versions were and are different to the ones we have the original ones had sticks made from bamboo which whistled while spinning. The Chinese version of Diablo also has flat sides rather than the European version we have now with 'cup' shape sides which dates back to 1906. It becomes popular every now and then as these things will - remember the yoyo craze a while back? Same kind of thing. There's loads of juggling 'toys' Poi are quite funky too...

Disadvantages: old, low graphics for todays standards

My first impressions of this game were very immersive, once you have chosen your class (5 different choices) you get thrown into a world where Diablo (the devil) has posessed the body of the hero that defeated him in the original in the series and is wreaking havok on the world, with the help of his two brothers: Mephisto and Baal. As you progress through the game you will find it really hard to put down, it is very highly addictive and immersive. A good soundtrack keeps you within each of the areas which you will visit and a variety of different boss encounters will keep you on your toes. A Classic Creeper... Diablo 2!

Advantages: Very addictive
Disadvantages: The graphics are not up-to-date

...My computer is a high performing PC, with plays all the lastest titles with ease, but still I play on this little gem og a game. I first had the demo of theis game a few years ago then received the full game for christmas and I have not stopped playing it. If you have ever played runescape you would be one of these people that good hooked and then let down at hidden costs etc... With diablo there is none of that, everything is free unlike other blizzard games. The gameplay is endless with random generating maps and magical items, for a game that is over 10 years old it still has the play value of games today. The graphics are very good for a game of its age but compared to new games they are very poor, though saying this is not detrimental to the gameplay. The sound is very good and the multiplayer is also quite good, you roam around...

It's pretty much to same game, same style, but by bringing one new Act, 2 new characters and uncountable new items it manages to more than double the play time. WHAT'S NEW Characters If you wish to update your Diablo II installing the Expansion set and play further with your Diablo II characters, you have to transform them into Expansion characters first, which only means you won't be able to play them in "bare" Diablo II, but always only with the datadisc installed, so it might be smart to save copies of the character files if maybe you would wanna uninstal the Expansion and return to your old Diablo II. ...This masterpiece of a game, is a true sequal to Diablo in all ways. Firstly Diablo ends when the hero defeats the lord of terror, Diablo. He takes the gem , and rams it into his forehead to keep the battle of Diablo and himself away from the good people of the world, and he journeys to find a way to destroy Diablo, by finding the Horandrim in the far East. Well the beginning of Diablo2 takes him on that journey. the game has a magical touch to it, splendid graphics, and a very user friendy interface.
