...There are perhaps two good songs on this album and its one of those ?Wish I hadn?t bothered? affairs. I brought the album after hearing Cosmic girl on the radio. There is only one other song that I liked and that is the album title track Travelling without Moving. The main reason for this is the beginning if the song which is the sound of Jay?s Lamborghini Diablo being started and then accelerated at high speed. This was the only moment that my pulse reached anything higher than comatose whilst listening to the album....

Informative if you're a millionaire, if not it's just good fun!

Advantages: Funny, has great cars;
Disadvantages: There's a GeeWizz in it...

...This is the only Clarkson DVD which I have watched, and it has certainly left me wanting more. I think with Clarkson it's very much a love him or hate him scenario. Personally I'm a very big fan, and really like his style of humour, and never miss Top Gear. This DVD is just the fastest cars money can buy, and getting a detailed look through them, their performance, interior and how they shape up to their closest rivals. I liked to see my favourite car of all time being put through it's paces, the Lamborghini Murcielago LP640. It's younger cousin the Gallardo LP540 is also there, this time taking on a Ferrari F430. We also have cars such as Aston Martin Vantage V8, Radical SR3, Audi R8, Ascari A10, Ferrari 599 GTB, Bugatti Veyron and then to top it all off, we have a GeeWizz being put through it's paces. It's an informative DVD...

Massive fun

Advantages: A blast, massive number of things to do, doesn't take driving too seriously
Disadvantages: None come to mind

...start with small, not very powerful cars but at least the races are with other small, not very powerful cars. And bikes. Did I forget to mention? PGR4 includes a wide range of bikes as well as cars, and the races include both. Bearing in mind that a lot of the races take place at night, and in variable weather conditions, racing a car whilst riding a bike is a serious adrenalin rush! Players win points for places in races, and points do indeed make prizes. The more points you rack up, the more prizes are unlocked - packages of cars, packages of tracks, etc. There are serious supercars available (Koenigsegg, Ferrari, Lamborghini), together with classics (E-type Jaguar, original Mini Cooper, Ferrari 250). There are also some challenges available to earn extra points - knock over a set number of cones using an E-type Jag...

Need For Speed Again

Advantages: Back to the street, a lot of cars

...to take down people from the gangs and sometimes steal a car. The story is also very short and can be completed within a very few hours. However there are still a lot of events to complete which is where the real longevity comes in however this can be boring and repetitive as with any racing game. The real thing about this game is the fact that there are a lot of cars, ranging from a bugatti veyron to the usual normal cars such as volkswagen golfs. There are a huge range of cars. However the modifications seem much more limited than previous street games and doesn't really seem part of the game in my opinion. The soundtrack is also good especially as its a driving game. The engine noise of course is also realistic and some are unique to the car such as the lamborghini's. Graphics wise it is ok but not as good as it could be and some...

...they don't feature enough normal cars, but that's not what I watch this show for, why would you want to see a car you can see ten times a day when you go out? I watch the show to see Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Zondas, cars that have been made as good as they possibly can, cars that I would never normally see and that I will never own. The chemistry is superb; Clarkson is the outspoken one, James May is the more subdued member of the team, and Richard Hammond is the younger, trendier one. They each have a huge passion for cars, but that seems to be the only thing they agree on! They are frequently at loggerheads, and constantly take the mick out of each other, all in jest of course. They make this incarnation of Top Gear the best and the most fun to watch. Overall a very funny show that has been one of my favourite TV programs for a long...
