"Lancome Tresor"

...I was first introduced to this lovely Eau de Parfum as a gift, It was launched in 1990 and was baptised the "Hug-me" fragrance by its creator, Sophie Grossman, Tresor is a sharp, floral, oriental fragrance with Low notes of amber and musk, blended with apricot and lilac. I have had many positive comments from both sexes on its attractive fragrance, The lovely sweet smell lingers all day and is suitable for day or evening and I would say for any age group too. This is a lovely light floral fragrance which is not overpowering and comes in an attractive diamond shaped, clear glass, spray bottle containing the amber coloured perfume, I am on my third bottle of this gorgeous fragrance and plan to replace it for as long as it sells! I have seen Tresor selling in a variety of gift sets with moisturiser and body creams ect.... But...

Chanel Chance Eau de Parfum

Advantages: Long lasting

...This fragrance is like no other I have ever come across. It is totally unique. Recently new to the market but an instant classic. I sell perfume for a living in Harvey Nichols and this is a perfume adored by all. I've never once sprayed this on to someone's arm and they not have liked it. It can be worn by all ages. It's a long lasting perfume, the scent lingers with you all day. Recognisable. Classed as an oriental floral fragrance. It contains notes of hyacinth and citron, jasmine, pink pepper, fresh vetiver, orris absolute, amber patchouli and white musk. Very romantic and seductive. This product is available in 50ml, 100ml and now handbag size 3x30ml, as well as a range of bath time products. The Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche fragrance has recently been launched and is based on the original chance but a lot lighter and in my opinion does...

The only perfume I've ever liked!

Advantages: lovely fragrance, nice packaging, good quality, has lasted me ages

...I can honestly say that l'ancome Tresor is the only perfume I've ever liked enough to wear! I don't wear perfume very often so I've had this bottle for over a year (it could be a few years - I'm not really sure!) but it's still fine. The first time I encountered it was through a sample, then eventually my mum bought me a bottle as a present. ------------------------------------------------- WHAT LANCOME CLAIM ABOUT IT ------------------------------------------------ According to Lancome.... The Perfect Union...

Advantages: smells amazing, lasts well, creates a story for itself
Disadvantages: expensive

...smells quite strongly floral with a very rich, warm almost buttery edge, if that makes sense and there is an underlying sweetness that could almost be sickly were it not blended so well. The vanilla is also present when the perfume has settled a bit on my skin and the smell remains pretty much the same and lasts well (approx 8 hours on me). I tend to wear it to both the office and out in the evening – but it’s a bit too sophisticated for your average night out clubbing I reckon… and I never fail to get a remark about how nice I smell when I wear it. I purchase my Eau de Parfum from Boots: 30ml - £31.00 50ml - £42.50 100ml - £58.50 I suppose it is quite expensive but it’s one of those fragrances that if it suits the woman, its well worth the money! Treasured Tresor

Advantages: An adaptable fragrance that is suitable for all occasions that doesn't react with my sensitive skin

It is a perfume that is for women who are assured and confident enough about their femininity that they do not need to spend hours in front of a mirror to look and feel attractive. Trésor is available as eau de parfum, shower gel, body cream, body milk, soap, deodorant mist and skin mist. It is often possible to see the perfume sold in special gift packs including body milk and/or shower gel. My skin is sensitive and has never reacted with this product. Trésor normally retails at £30-£35 for a 30ml bottle....

C'est Magnifique

Advantages: Nice smell, bottle
Disadvantages: None

...and has a big stopper at the top. The smell to me is quite sweet, even though it has a rose fragrance I would not say that this is the over lying fragrance, it is not like rosewater or anything like that. It is not overly flowerly, I would describe it as being heavier that that but fresh at the same time. It lasts extremely well, I sprayed some on this morning and can still smell it on my wrists now. It also contains the following fragrances, cinnamon, Bulgarian rose, Mai de Grasse rose absolute, jasmine, Australian sandalwood and vetiver. It has been described as having quite a woody fragrance but I do not get that at all, neither do I get a spicy aroma. A 30ml costs £30.50 which is a little on the expensive side but in keeping with fragrance prices as a whole....

Another good fragrance by Lancome.

Advantages: Everything about it is nice.
Disadvantages: Nothing I can think of.

...I was sent a sample of this product from Lancome, as they were doing a promotion on this product at the time. I had tried other Lancome perfumes in the past but this is their best so far. Unlike some of their other perfumes this one is not too heavy, has a very floral scent to it, and lasts for quite a while before reapplying it. The bottle was very nicely designed and it makes a lovely present for someone. As I have sensitive skin I have to watch what I am using because some perfumes can be too harsh for my skin, but I didn't have any problems with this one, if you like other Lancome perfumes you will certainly like this one....

Lancome's new perfume

Disadvantages: Won't be available for ever!

...Miracle is Lancome's new fragrance. This fragrance is a limited edition and once stocks have been sold it will no longer be available. The perfume is a slightly sweeter, more flowery version of Tresor - and like nothing I've ever smelt before - absolutely gourgeous!! The main disadvantage of this product is that it is only going to be available for a short time. I think I had better stock up. Having been a wearer of Tresor for some time I decided to try a sample of the new fragrance - it had me hooked straight away and so on the day it came out I bought it....

I often like most perfumes and find that each fragrance has a particular time of the year or time of the day where it is suited to.
