Great Machine!

Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results
Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.

...This machine is simply a must if you want to tone yourself up and not have the hassle of going to the gym for hours each week! I bought one of these off Ebay, and now so glad i did. Its simply an amazing piece of kit. My Personal Experience At first i thought, surely this machine cant be as good as i've been reading all over the net, people must be exagerating and just trying to sell the machine. How wrong i was.... The first time i used this, i trained at level 10 (ranges from 1-20) thinking i can take it at that level no problem, and sure enough i was ok, i did a few different positions for my legs, stomache and arms. I trained for about 10 minutes, as i wanted to see how much this would actualy do, and sales reports tell me that 10minutes of using this machine is equivelent to 1 hour at the gym. Boy oh boy did i feel it...

...i can say that this is a great machine it really works and gives you good results i wouldnt say the best but you can certainly tell after a period of time that your body has toned up, i havent got one of these myself but i would like to get one when i can afford it lets say. the vibration on this machine is not like a massage its more intense and when you stay on it for quite a while you will feel your muscles tightnen thats when you know its working. so i definatly gives this machine a thumbs up, i suggest you buy this machine if your too lazy or bored to go to the gym because you can do many exercises on this in the comfort of your own home. this is a great machine and would recommend this a good buy...

Hardly A cuteLaser

Advantages: Superb Colour Quality
Disadvantages: Bit big, bit noisy and a bit fiddly

...I've lived with ink-jet printers for years. Canon gave me the first bubble-jet and Epson have supplied the later models - various models of Stylus including C80, C84 and C86. They get heavy use for work and all have given some headaches with clogged heads. So a mixture of desperation and hope, together with keen pricing, has led me down the colour laser printer road. The Epson Aculaser may not be a cute laser, but it does work a treat. Specification ++++++++++ I'll not go into all the technical stuff, it is readily available from Epson's site or any of the dealers. But what you need to know is that this printer uses a laser and is a 4 pass machine, doing each colour separately. That makes it a tad slower than single pass machines... but much cheaper. It uses four toner cartridges - black, magenta, cyan and yellow...

The company I work for had decided to standardise all printers to cut costs on toners and so they didn?t need to buy so many different toners. The main printer in use was the HP LaserJet 2420N but this was discontinued and superseded by the HP LaserJet P3005 printers so I decided on this one. The P3005 printers come in several flavours. There?s the P3005 (no network), P3005N (with network) and P3005DN (duplex, with parallel connection and network). All of them have a USB connection. The P3005N costs £436.98 at Dabs.com, with the DN version costing slightly more and I replaced four printers with P3005N?s across several sites. The printer has two paper trays. Great Little Laser Printer for the Home

Advantages: Compact, Quick, Reliable, Good quality, Cheap Compatible toner
Disadvantages: Official HP toners expensive, No cancel button

...The HP LaserJet 1020 is a simple and compact black and white laser printer from HP. It superseded the LaserJet 1010, 1012, 1018 model s but as it has been out for quite a while, has itself been superseded by the LaserJet 1022 and maybe the LaserJet P1006 models, although mine is still going strong. The printer chassis has two shades of light greys and the body is quite curvy. It is small enough to fit in a book shelf, which is where I have mine. The trays stick out when extended but I fold up the paper feed tray when not in use. It only measures 370 x 242 x 209 mm so is probably one of the most compact laser printers you can get. I originally bought mine from Amazon for £45, which was an excellent deal but this printer usually sells for £60 - £100. INSTALLATION The printer came with a CD containing the driver. This is easy to install...

Advantages: fun, fast and singlehanded
Disadvantages: a bit quercky off wind

...I have been involved with Lasers since the early '80s mostly in teaching environments. They are very adaptable - having a series of different sized rigs to suit people of different sizes and ages. Being a strict one-design they are useful in coaching - the difference in performance being due to the sailor rather than other factors. Being one-design does mean that for serious racing you need to buy your spares from the manufacturer and there is no scope for tweeking outside very strict perameters. They are fun to sail, simple to rig and are suitable for improvers and above - you need to be fit and agile in higher wind strengths. The mainsheet can hook-up on the corner of the transom when tacking and (usually) gybing when you are reaching or further off the wind. The secret is to add in a roll and a flick of the sheet as the boom...

The God Machine

Advantages: Totally original, mind-blowing music

...Two studio albums, a smattering of singles and several covers. That's all there is, pretty much, in the discography of one of the finest and most original rock bands of all time. As usual, no doubt everyone will simply be thinking "Who?" If you've been living under a rock through he 90s and 00s, and haven't heard of the other bands I've reviewed such as Soundgarden or Linkin park, then you almost certainly haven't heard of this lot. The God Machine were a three-piece from the USA who for various reasons ended up playing in this country supporting My Bloody Valentine (oh dear, I can hear that chorus of "Who?" again...) in their tour of 1991. The Machine

Advantages: A highly anitcipated and well recieved debut album

...The Machine is the debut album by midlands based Rue The Day. As debut albums go this is a fantastic effort. From the intro until the end of the cd it is highly charged, heavy and full of great songs and promise. Title track The Machine sounds like a "best 0f" Metal. It is rare for any album not to have any weaker tracks, even rarer for a debut album. Rue the day have achieved this and their future is sure to be a great one, watch out for their live gigs, already legendry in reputation. All aspects from vocals, guitars, drums and bass are tightly knit and combine for a five star musical treat. There are moments of darkness on an album that also includes sing-along anthems, Ridin' the Storm and the title track are the best examples of this.
