Oki toner cartridge - Professional, excellent quality printing.

Advantages: Professional quality. Simple to change, good colour
Disadvantages: Expensive, not sure if it is recyclable

...I have been using the Oki toner cartridges for apporximately 12 months. In my opinion the quality is fantastic, clear and precise. When a notice pops up telling me to replace the cartridge it can be ignored for quite a considerable time, even when running low on certain colours I have still found that the quality is good. When the time comes that the colour reproduction is not good enough then as long it is not for an important document I have found that by just simply removing the cartridge, shaking it about a bit and replacing it, it can bring the colour back to life and will add extra life to it.On the whole I feel it produces professional print quality. I think it is an expensive item but have not compared the longevity against an alternative product....

...This toner cartridge is designed for use with the HP Laserjet 5P and 6P laser printers. These toners are used extensively at the company I work for as we have a number of 6P printers. Hewlett Packard 92A toner cartridge

Advantages: Ease of use, reliability, print quality

...This toner is designed for use with the HP Laserjet 1100 series printers. We have a number of these printers at the company I work for and so make use of these toners quite a lot. The toner is quoted as having a page life of 2,500 pages and retails at a price of around £40. The cartridge comes packaged in a large box with the toner type clearly labelled on the front, which is handy. The toner is secured within the box by two large cardboard holders and comes in package that closely resembles bin bag material! In Use This toner cartridge has been sensibly designed so as to make it a fairly easy process when removing an old toner and replacing with a new one. The toner itself slots into the printer, and so this means the old toner just needs to be removed from the holding slots in the toner bay and the new one put in its place...

The Hypoallergenic toner has been specially formulated for sensitive skin and contains aloe vera to soothe the skin. 6000 sheets per cartridge?!

Advantages: Easy to use, easy to set up, lots of prints per cartridge

...I have been working in a County Council office for nearly eighteen months now; when I started we had a fifty year old black and white printer which sometimes printed and sometimes just add the paper but luckily we now have the HP Color LaserJet 3600. We got the printer a few months ago now so we have had a fair bit of experience and carried out all the routine maintenance you would expect to within the life of a printer. Now I can't tell you anything about the packaging as we have a separate department who deal with all our technology bits, so they received the printer, unpacked it and brought it up to our office. What I can tell you though is what's included in the box. - 1 USB lead (2m long) - 1 black toner cartridge (Q6470A) will last up to 6000 sheets - 1 cyan toner cartridge (Q6471A) will last up to 4000 sheets - 1 yellow...

Top Notch Laser Printer for the Office

The company I work for had decided to standardise all printers to cut costs on toners and so they didn?t need to buy so many different toners. The main printer in use was the HP LaserJet 2420N but this was discontinued and superseded by the HP LaserJet P3005 printers so I decided on this one. The P3005 printers come in several flavours. There?s the P3005 (no network), P3005N (with network) and P3005DN (duplex, with parallel connection and network). All of them have a USB connection. The P3005N costs £436.98 at Dabs.com, with the DN version costing slightly more and I replaced four printers with P3005N?s across several sites. The printer has two paper trays. ...This HP LaserJet is a life-sver for anyone who has lots of work and works form home or students. It has a print speed of 16 pages per minute and has a USB interface. Also, it an input tray that can hold up to 150 sheets of paper at a time. It's monthly duty cycle is 5000 pages and it comes with an 8Mb installed RAM and 266MHz processor. The printer also comes wiht a black toner cartridge. This printer is stylish so looks very appealing whilst still being able to have many features to do the job properly. I have been using this printer to print out my coursework for the last year for school and it has never ocne jammed or stopped wokring. Just incas ti does, it comes with a 1 year warranty. =]...
