Ohhhhh a spangly purple beasty

Advantages: price, availability
Disadvantages: cheap hardware

...even some more expensive guitars have the most atrocious volume controls ever. The Neck is obviously not a strat-style profile, but with the slightly shorter scale length and the clubbier shakeable neck, its a comfortable with small hands like mine!!! Probably, the worst bit of kit on this, is the machine heads......Always had a prob keeping the g string in tune....and have bust 2/6 of the cheezy plastic klusons when the guitar has accidently gone sideways! Now.....this was bought in conjunction with a Laney LC15R limited valve amp as years of tinny noise have blunted my patience! Rolling back the volume on either pickup gives a nice semi-clean crunchy sound and swiping the knob up to full gives a great thin lizzy style chunky sound. Which is pretty good for a guitar that weights as much as a feather!!! I have no idea what...
