AdvantagesWell paid, can work when you want, no planning

DisadvantagesBehaviour, unpaid holidays, lack of social side that permanent teachers know this. When I worked full time I never set anything vital for a supply lesson (unless it was an exam class) because I knew that half of them wouldn?t make the effort needed to do the work if they were taken by a supply teacher.
