...Boots will be the end of me! I seriously must ban myself from going! Just lately I've done so much shopping in there as I've been getting vouchers for £2.00 off certain branded products. I've took advantage of this to the maximum and bought loads of stuff in the hope it will be better cos it's stuff from the higher end of the market than the usual stuff I pick up in the pound shop (whatever is there!). ...I don't usually buy expensive hair products so I was very happy when I un-wrapped my birthday present off my mam to find a lee stafford poker straight set which included the heat protection spray, dehumidifier spray and dry shampoo. The heat protection spray is in a bright pink bottle which has a spray nozzle on top plus a protection cap to cover it to avoid it being knocked and spraying out. The size of the bottle is 200ml but as you only need a few sprays over your hair it does last a long time. This protection spray can be used on wet hair before drying it or on dry hair before straightening it. Just spray all over hair and comb through to spread it throughout the hair. ...SO is there really much you can write about a heat protection spray? Answer - no. I will, however, endeavor to do so. Right first of all, the Lee Stafford Poker Straight Flat Iron Protection Spray (to give its full name) is actually very very good. It's probably the fourth brand i've tried and it's definitely one i'll stick with! Visually appealing in a sleak, not too big, pink coloured bottle it's packaged really well. Definately eye-catching amongst all the hair products. It has a really nice, quite light fragrence which is sure to cover up other unappealing smells. Before the smoking ban, the morning after the night before would always be dominated by the disgusting smokey smell, but a few sprays of this product and that would disapear. Lee Stafford Messed Up Light Wax Spray

Advantages: Easy to use, light, great for both curly and straight hair
Disadvantages: Bit expensive, doesn't last overly long on straight hair

...I heard about this product whilst searching for an alternative to the discontinued John Frieda Beach Blonde Ocean Waves. A statement on the John Frieda website said that they had brought out a new product to replace it (why they couldn't just start manufacturing it again is beyond me!), which was a spray wax. Having searched around on the Boots website, I've found that this isn't available in the UK, but a search for spray wax turned up the Lee Stafford product. I have to admit that I've always been tempted to try his products (mainly due to the funky packaging, shallow I know) but as they are quite pricey, couldn't justify when I could get similar products cheaper. However, as this was the only spray wax I could find, I thought I'd give it a try. I bought it from the Boots, for £4.49 which I think is the average retail price...

Lee Stafford Dry Shampoo - Worth every penny!

Advantages: Actually works! Smells fab, leaves your hair feeling wonderfully refreshed and ready for the day!
Disadvantages: A little pricey, but worth the money in my opinion.

...3 words: this actually works! Ok, so to be fair, it is a little pricey, but it does last for a long time! smells great, gets rid of any oils of grease in the roots of your hair and doesn't leave little white specks in your hair either like some do. But if you don't want to buy the full size one, Lee Stafford now do miniature versions of most of their products in a lot of high street stores, so go for a small one! It's perfect for travelling too! I've used it on holiday before when I didnt have time to wash my hair properly every day, so it's perfect to use when you're having one of those 'in-between' hair days! Basically, this is the best dry shampoo by far that I've ever used and I would definately recommend it to all. Well worth the extra pennys....

...and walked through the strong wind i had completely forgotten about the spray. it was only when i touched my hair and realised it was still in perfect condition that i remembered. the product had worked really well and my style looked and felt the same as before i had left the house. I have been using the product ever since and i cannot get over how well it works. I absolutely love this product, it is amazing and i recommend it to anyone with the same problem. At the same time i also bought Lee Stafford Poker Straight Dry Shampoo (£4.99) and Lee Stafford Poker Staraight Flat Iron Spray (£4.99) both of which perform extremely well and do their job. And ive since bought Lee Stafford Poker Straight Treatment (£5.99) to use in between shampoo and conditioner.
