...I have been an avid Leeds supporter since the age of 6. I went to my first ever game at the age of 6 when the mighty whites took on Chelsea and murdered them 4-0 on the 14th of October 1994. I can remember when the first goal went in. I actually missed it. There was a goalless first half and me and my uncle had gone to get a pie at half time. Unfortunately the whole of Eland Road did at the same time. We got our pies just as the whistle blew and were running back to our seats when we heard the ground rejoice. LEEDS HAD SCORED! It was a pity I missed it. By writing this review I have broken a promise I made to myself. I said I was NOT going to write another review unless I would get paid for it, but seeing Manchester United being the most popular club made me sick. Football shirts in general!

Advantages: Last years kit but only £10!
Disadvantages: Not the newest kit!

.... I thought this was a bargain. I have just looked online for this kit from two seasons ago. It is around £5 to £10 also. Due to this being an old kit there are going to be less of them. Also there will be less of certain sizes, probably medium and large. The thing is on Ebay you must look for the word "OFFICIAL". There will no doubt be plenty of replica kits on there. This doesnt't just apply to City shirts either. You will probably find there are more available from clubs like united and chelsea. Everyone knows how much football clubs mark up the prices for retail but buying the shirt for £10 is a fairier representaion of how much this kit cost to make and the person you buy it off may still make some profit on the shirt at this price. Leeds United's Champions League Campaign 2000.01

Advantages: Getting to the semi finals
Disadvantages: None!! - it was that good

.... On a rainy Wednesady night Elland Road (the home of Leeds United) invited AC Milan. Leeds left it late but in the 89th minute Lee Bowyer struck the ball 30 yards out and it slipped into the bottom corner of the net!! Leeds United 1-0 AC Milan Leeds were hoping to repeat their herorics of AC Milan against Beskitas at Elland Road. The match started off brightly with a goal after 5 minutes. Then the goals just flowed with them coming from all directions from Viduka, Bakke, Matteo and Wilcox. The match ended up 6-0 to Leeds united and proved yet another memorable night in the Champions League. The next two matches were both draws with a 0-0 draw with Beskitas in Turkey and back at Elland Road a 1-1 draw with Barcelona. The New Carlisle United Home Kit (07/08)

Advantages: Nice lively change to design
Disadvantages: Pricey, but all football shirts are!

...the tradtional Carlisle United kit. It is very durable and is made from a good quality material, the Stobart sponsering is also actually very nicely done and is slightly padded to make it stand out that little bit more. The United crest is stitched in very well and looks excellent on the white backround. It is perfect for just wearing in your normal day scenario and is also perfect for playing sports in - It has proven very popular with the Carlisle United faithful and hopefully this review tells you why! The only real downside I can think of would be the price - I paid £35.00 which personally I felt was very reasonable considering the prices of football tops today, but I could see why others (maybe non United fans) would think its a bit expensive. Good looking shirt!

Disadvantages: last seasons shirt (but little difference to the new one)

...a Portsmouth shirt as they are a good premiership team and have a nice looking shirt and one which I can easily wear around Portsmouth. Though it would not be a good idea to wear it in Southampton - as I was warned by my friend! The shirt is in the colour of plain blue with a small white stripe around the border of the shirt and down the shoulders. It looks really good being just blue as I like wearing blue and the fact that it is relatively plain means it can be worn with most things and will not look too out of place. On the left hand side on the chest (if you are wearing it) it has the Portsmouth football club badge with the blue background which is slightly darker than the shirt and the yellow star and crescent moon underneath. Glory Glory Tottenham Hotspur - Mansion shirt

Even the Tottenham club shop was out of stock so I ended up buying online form a sports shop in that well known hotbed of football, Cornwall!! £43 later (including P&P) I was in posession of my shirt. On unwrapping it the first thought that came into my mind was how light it is. The label reports it to be 100% polyester. Either way, it is the lightest football shirt I have ever owned, a massive step forward from my 90s Adidas-Holsten shirt. From the top down the shirt comprises of a blue collar with the word 'Spurs' on the back though this actually faded on the first wash. Its the same price as a premiership shirt! Far too much. It should be equal in price to your division status. The quality of supplier seems to be equal in division status! SUPERLEAGUE are the official kit suppliers of the Wrexham Strip for 2000-2001 season. This is the same as the previous two years except this year the strip has changed. The new kit had been on order for some time so you can imagine the disgust with the quality of delivery when no new shirts turned up.
