...I don?t often go into blockbuster and look at the new DVD releases and randomly select a film without knowing anything about it, but this time I did, I fact the only thing I knew about The Last House on the Left was that it was a thriller or horror (or both) simply by the look of its cover. Picking this film was possibly one of the better decisions I have ever made for a Halloween film (a film to watch on Halloween) unlike last year when I watched The Shining, but let?s not get off topic. I found that it is best going into this film not knowing what is going to happen or as little as possible about the storyline, so if you wish to watch this film and appreciate it whole glory and wisdom (well let?s not get crazy), watch the film as open minded as possible, expecting nothing and getting a hell lot more than you could have expected.
