Legends of Rock (and Legend of a game)

Advantages: A really great game, especially with the guitar remote
Disadvantages: Not worth mentioning

VENUES (places you play at) Obvuosly there are 8 places. # Backyard Bash - a suburban barbecue party-styled venue. Mitch\'s Moose Lounge, Video Shoot, Ye Olde Royal Odeon, Shanker\'s Island, Desert Rock Tour, Kaiju Megadome, Lou\'s Inferno . My personal favorite is the jail ( shankers land) no idea why, i just do. WHATS DIFFERENT ABOUT THE WII VERSION Well it uses the wii remote pretty well, rumble feature and internal speakers and great little touches to the game. Id like to hope that eventually you will be able to download more songs for the game as the wii can connect to the internet. Advantages: You get a guitar, so it feels like you are actually playing.
Disadvantages: The music doesnt suit everyone.

Advantages: An awesome game that will keep you hapy

I must admit that at a hefty £44.99, (Amazon), I probably wouldn?t have forked out for this but I am really glad it came with my Wii. Guitar Hero 3 Legends Of Rock

Advantages: Verry awarding
Disadvantages: well i cant think of any really i enjoyed the game

...Well i started playing guitar hero 2 which was amazing and i would recommend playing that first before moving on to guitar hero 3 legends of rock. When i herd about it coming out i was over the moon, i bought the game it was excellent i could play songs like cliffs of Dover, through the fire and flames wrote by the famous dragon force. The career mode is excellent there's cool cinematics in between playing each sets, each set gets harder and harder starting from set one which includes the song hit me with your best shot, and the last set includes Cliffs Of Dover. while going through the career you do intense battles against Slash, Tom Morello and play a battle to the song devil went down to Georgia. there are also good online content on xbox live. there can be found extra bonus song packs and also just songs on there own some cost...

Brutal Legend Rocks!

Advantages: lots of different tasks to do, funny characters, great music
Disadvantages: probably not for 'hard core gamers' who like shooting at things, I feel this game has more heart

...Now I am not your average 'gamer' I have never owned a console and have only ever had a few goes on my boyfriend's PS3... well technically it's our PS3, but I have just never been interested in the games, until that is... Brutal Legend came out! I am a big fan of Jack Black, but thats not why this game is so awesome! (Well it adds to it) the music is amazing and really gets you into the game. Visually its fantastic, with loads of cool movie scenes to tell you the story. Some notes have a white blurry bit in the middle and these are ones that you don't have to strum for (can't remember the real name). The Whammy bar - this is the bar thing on the guitar that you can 'wobble' which will bend the sound of the notes. It's necessary to use this in some parts of the battle and using it during star power gains you more points. The Guitar Battles are very exciting, no really.
