...The previous LEGO games successfully focused on the StarWars trilogy but now they've turned their attention to the Indiana Jones franchise. Fortunately this game still has all the quirky humor and great gameplay that was present in the LEGO StarWars games. You play as Indiana and travel thorough jungles, mountains and lava filled caves searching for the world's most valuable treasures. Being a big fan of the films I did notice some irregularities between the films and the game. Firstly enemies are not established as the Nazis and in the temple of doom no-one gets their heart ripped out, but I suppose it is LEGO. Just like the LEGO StarWars games there are no voiceovers in cut scenes so people unfamiliar with the films may get a little confused about what is going on. ...Indiana Jones is a new platform game recently released on June 6th 2008. I must tell you first that this game has got nothing to do with the new film Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull, it is just a coincident. This game is very similar as the Lego Star Wars games as they are made by the same developers and use the same program to make it. The controls are also kind of the same as well. There are five hidden Star Wars characters inside the game which you need to look closely for. One of the good things about this game is that it only costs £29.99 so it is quite affordable. Also it is not really easy as there is many logical puzzles inside the game which you need to complete to get further on in the game. ...i just bought this for my son for his birthday as he also got a nintendo DS. he originally played the lego star wars on the xbox 360 and as it was such a amazing game and simple for him to play i thought this would be the same. i can confirm this game has many of the aspects of the star wars game which i think is a good thing as you dont want to change everything, there is plenty of new things to do on this, using you whip as your weapon and using the stylus is a great way of playing the game, same as star wars there are plenty of levels and each are different, one level you might just be running along next level you be driving or flying. the game has so many playing hours and is very funny, very close to the original films with some added humor, Characters are the same as the films, and look great as lego men. i think the whole idea... Advantages: The trilogy and the extra Bonus Material DVD. A nice box.

...This box set contains 4 Indiana Jones Dvd's. Including a bonus material DVD. The DVD's in order are Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the lost ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of doom, Indiana Jones and the last crusade and finally a Bonus Materials DVD. As many of you know Indiana Jones are wonderful films for all of the family with some great and thrilling action adventures. With Harrsion Ford playing Indiana Jones in all three of the Indiana Jones movies it provides great comedy at times too. The DVD's are rated at a PG with occasional and mild language, moderate violence and rated as an action adventure. These films were fantastically directed by Steven Spielberg. In the 'Bonus Materials' DVD, there is 3 hours of one off bonus to all Indiana Jones fans. Including never seen before footage, how the movies were made, in depth... Read review

...This game is not an adventure game. It has simple graphics and little or no sound. The demo version is just about as good as the full version! Unlike the other Indiana Jones games in the series, this does not need a mouse to operate, there is no real storyline, and the game is hardly even playable. It is a type of 2D platform type game, and Indiana Jones goes around various levels (he is controlled by the keyboard) collecting items which you have to use. The game is no good and unsuitable.... ...Preface [to a review!? Yes - just bear with me] At the end of my Lego star Wars 2 review for the PS2 I urged Lucas Arts to make Lego IJ…imagine my excitement when Saturday 07/06/2008 came around. Every now and again my outside life and relationships go down the pan because I get completely engrossed in a task or some form of geeky endeavour. The majority of 2007 was taken up with Lego Star Wars 2, and the start of 2008 [Sic. all of 2008: ongoing] was taken up with Halo 3. So, here I am again about to divulge how my bloody life is about to be ruined once again by George bleeding Lucas and some sodding building blocks designed for kids!!! Sound familiar? ...Everyone should own this. It's one of the all-time classics! Brilliant acting with some hilarious moments. In my opinion one of the best trilogies ever and with some of the greatest actors including Harrison Ford and Sean Connery. The quality of the set, the director (Steven Spielberg), the acting and the author of this trilogy make this one of the all-time greats. The trilogy consists of Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. In my opinion, they are all briliant but if you told me I could only ever watch one of them ever again, I would have to choose the Last Crusade. Only because I think the father and son role of Sean Connery and Harrison Ford is superb.... Read review
